We had a wonderful, stress-free stay in a perfect location with an exceptional host
Pros: The location is very close to the gondola, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a stay of a few days. Ivan was available to us throughout the entire stay and was very understanding. He helped us a lot the day before check-in by messaging us in advance, even before we arrived, and sending us a video showing exactly how to enter the building and get to the apartment door. One impressive thing was that he allowed us to bring our luggage into the room in the morning when we arrived, so we could go to the slopes without any worries. This has never happened to us before at other accommodations (especially since check-in is usually after 2 PM). Amazing host, amazing accommodation! Be kind and respectful to Ivan — you will receive ten times more in return!
Cons: If there had also been a washing machine, it would have been more than ideal.

Great, clean apartment in a fantastic location.
Pros: The apartment was great, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host Ivan was very friendly and met us on arrival and even gifted us a bottle of wine. It was clean, spacious and we felt at home. The location could not really get much better, you can see the gondola station and main street from the window. There is a supermarket across the road and a Subway.
Cons: The hot water doesn't last very long so if there are more than two of you staying you may have to wait between showers. The second double bed is shared with the lounge/kitchen area but that didn't really bother us.

I recommend this place and will consider staying there again if I come to Bansko again. But beds could be more comfy.
Pros: There is everything you might need for comfortable stay. Apartment in general is very nice, clean and has enough space for everyone.
Cons: Beds are not as comfortable as we would like to be. Mattress is not soft and is a bit noisy in bedroom.

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, functional, excellent accommodation, kitchen perfect equipped, rooms clean and tidy. Just few steps from gondola, beautiful view toward mountain peaks. The land roads were very kind, professional and very generous. We liked their attitude towards the guest, we really enjoyed and it was a great pleasure to meet Ivan and Milanka.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable apartment just a few steps from the Gondola, practically next to the Gondola car park and next to the Aldo supermarket. Although central, strategic location, the place is quiet, no noise at night. It is well equipped, there are enough utensils for daily cooking, the internet connection worked well. Great value for money, I can definetelly recommend it. The owner was very nice and attentive, a welcome drink (wine, water, coffee, tea) was provided, also some other things available in the apartment. Transportation from/to Sofia airport was provided at a reasonable price.
Cons: We really can't complain about anything, everything was just perfect!

Pros: Great apartment, top central location, just next to parking, Gondola ski lift, ski rental, and supermarket, well equipped to fit a family of 2 adults + 3 children. Great value for money, will visit again!

Pros: Dairenin sahibi Ivan çok ilgiliydi. Dairenin konumu muhteşem. Gondolanın giriş kapısına 100 m yakınlıkta. Hemen dairenin altındaki herhangi bir kayak malzemesi kiralama dükkanlarından kiralama yapıyorsunuz ve yürüyerek 3-4 dk içerisinde gondolanın kuyruğunda oluyorsunuz. Daire sıcacık ve tertemiz. Odaların genişliği iyi ve mutfakta yeterli büyüklükte. Biz en çok konumundan çok memnun kaldık. Arabamızı park yerine park ettik ve hiö hareket ettirmeden tatilimizi bitridik. En güzel restaurantlar 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Tam 5 yıldız veriyoruz...!
