Modern apartment in great location

Pros: Spacious living room with modern furniture, well equipped open space kitchen, second bathroom with WC (besides the main one with shower), quiet neighbors.

Cons: Room was very cold upon arrival, no cleaning service during stay, windows are not very well isolated for cold weather and sound proofing the noise from the street and nearby buildings.
