Pros: The location is very convenient and the staff is really kind and friendly.

Cons: The room was not very clean and could have more furniture, maybe even a tv.

All is perfect

Pros: breakfast was excellent, variety of cheese , jam, egg. Fresh coffee. Location was very central close to DM; LİDL. Bambuu restaurant was near and recommended. Staff was very friendly. New technology check-in, access key to the room. pet friendly.

My choice of stay whilst in Sofia.

Pros: I have used this hotel many times. It is my usual choice if I am staying in the city for work or leisure. Always the same level of satisfaction. Easy to check in / check out, no reception or staff to deal with unless you need them. There is always space in the underground parking area, so no worries about trying to find a space on the street.

Great find

Pros: Fantastic finds. Beautiful view. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely and modern. Good breakfast and great value for money. Really spacious room

Cons: Didn't realise when I booked it it was a digital hotel but had help checking in. It took a bit of time to get used to having the key on my phone and had to make sure my phone was charged
