Pros: The apartament has everything in the kitchen if you want to cook, beeing a family with small children. Easy acces and check in. The swimming pool and sauna very clean.

Pros: We traveled with 3 small children and I can say that the accommodation is absolutely suitable for families. The apartment is comfortable, warm and fully equipped. The host is available and cooperative in every matter. The hotel has a swimming pool, relaxing rooms and a playroom. The restaurant has a solid offer and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended for families with small children.

Cons: If you don't have a car, everything is far. The nearest grocery store as well as the gondola are about 5 km from the accommodation

Pros: Апартаментът разполага с най-базовите и основни неща за престой - топла вода, чисти чаршафи и кърпи, кухненски бокс за приготвяне на лека храна. Възможността да се ползва СПА центъра и басейна в основната сграда на комплекса. Сравнително тихо и спокойно място.

Cons: Липсата на кафемашина/кафеварка и кърпа/ръкохватки за кухненския бокс.

Zaista smo prezadovoljni boravkom u ovom apartmanu, kao i u uzivanju u sadrzaju celog kompeksa.

Pros: Sadrzaji u samom kompleksu (bazen, sauna, deciji parkic...) i opremljenost i cistoca samog apartmana. Veliko hvala domacinu ovog objekta na svemu.

Cons: Iskreno nemam nikakvih zamerki.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Pros: Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, das heißt die Ausstattung war soweit gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeber waren ebenso sehr zuvorkommend. Die Fame an der Rezeption ist at ebenso sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie konnte auch sehr gut englisch! Der Pool ist auch in Ordnung. Es gibt auch einen indoor Pool. Für diesen muss man aber separat bezahlen. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig und man kann in Rohr spazieren gehen und wandern. Die Stadt ist etwas weiter entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles in allem ein schönes Erlebnis. Direkt neben dem Hoteleingang ist ein kleiner Laden, der aber nicht immer geöffnet hat. Abends bis 19:00 Uhr. Sonst sind Supermärkte in der böschten Stadt Razlog.

Cons: Die Schranke zum Parkplatz braucht etwas bis das Kennzeichen erkannt wird. Manchmal muss man ein paar mal vor und zurück fahren.
