Cons: We have remarks only regarding the facility maintenance of the “Eagle rock” recreational complex. Seems that current facility managing company has no money to keep the entire building in good condition and functional. The inner coffee shop and restaurant are closed, the receptionist is a cleaner at the same time.

Very cozy place. We recommend it.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with all you need, big terrace with amazing view, very clean and comfortable, modern decoration with style. Very romantic. Beli Iskar is very quiet and calm and not far from Borovets. highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay

Pros: The accommodations are housed within the Eagle Rock Apartments hotel building, and admittedly, it took us a moment to locate them. A quick call to the hostess, however, and all was swiftly clarified. The apartments come well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. One of its highlights is the balcony that boasts a scenic view of the entire Beli Iskar village. While the apartments are on the smaller side – making them more suitable for short stays of two or three nights – they are excellent if you’re looking to explore the hiking trails around the village. I must mention a particular Beli Iskar eco trail that weaves through the forest, runs alongside a river, and is also family-friendly, even for those with young kids. For any other essentials, major supermarkets and a variety of stores can be found in the nearby city of Samokov.

Work&Leasure for a week

Pros: Small &cozy apartment with everything needed for a weekly stay. Very clean, with kitchenette and important for us - pet friendly.

Cons: Maybe they should think for better ventilation in the bathroom and kitchenette. Currently there is an absorber on top of the stove , but it isn't properly connected. Also it could be nice to have instructions for the coffee machine.

Pros: Много уютно, чисто и приятно. Отсядам в това място да втори път и съм с отлични впечатления. Приказна гледка от терасата. Има всичко необходимо. :)

Fantástico fin de semana

Pros: El piso está mucho mejor en vivo que en las fotos. Aunque no haya ventana en el dormitorio, dormimos muy bien. Las vistas desde el balcón son divinas. No hubo ruido de los vecinos. Había parking. Muy cerca hay un buen restaurante.

Pros: Невероятна гледка и природа! Чистота и удобство! Даже имахме оставен комплимент от домакините! Има къде да се паркира пред комплекса. Терасата и гледката са просто прекрасни - широка тераса, маса за вечеря под звездите. Домакините бяха оставили климатика да работи, за да е хладно, когато пристигнем. Има малка кухня, с всичко необходимо, дори и капсули с кафе и капучино за кафе машината. Има голям хладилник. Подходящо е за двойка, но има и диван, ако имате малко дете, но реално и възрастен ще може да спи на него за няколко нощи. Ние бяхме за 2 нощувки и прекарахме много добре. Вечеряхме на терасата с чаша просеко и \

Pros: Все пак недастатъка на този обявен апартамент е, че спалната няма врата към дневната и няма прозорец! Би трябвало да се обяви като суит . Дори при истинския суит двете помещения са отделени с врата според Уикипедия. Но това не е апартамент, нито гарсониера.
