Great value mountain hideout

Pros: Beautiful, very spacious apartment for an unbeatable price. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely views. Late check in was no problem at all. Perfect base of operations for families and pretty good for solo travellers too.

Cons: The restaurant didn't serve food, but was fine as a bar. Wifi coverage was temperamental on the top floors. Access to Borovets without a car was often tricky, but the hotel can't be blamed for that.
