Excellent walue for money. Great location and amazing host.

Pros: Our host was excellent from start to finish. He contacted us before our arrival, which immediately gave us confidence that everything was well organised. When we arrived, he was there waiting for us, personally handed over the keys, and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was that he took the time to walk us around Borovets and show us what was where. That level of care and attention made settling in effortless and saved us time trying to figure things out ourselves. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Pros: Great place overall. Very comfortable, the bathroom is modern and clean, no hot water issues. The kitchenette is enough and stocked. The staff were polite and very helpful with the arrival instructions. The location is very convenient.

Fabulous short break

Pros: The property is centrally located, very clean and well equipped. There is a small electric stove where we made egg butties for breakfast.

Cons: Nothing we disliked about the property. A minor point - Some reviews said there was a toaster. There wasn’t a toaster.

Pros: Very good location. Just a few minutes by foot from Yastrebetz Gondola and also from Sitnyakovo Express. The studio is very clean with all the amenities. Very good wi-fi signal.

Cons: The mattress could be better and also the pillows.

Great place for a ski vacation in Borovets

Pros: Great location at the center of Borovets. The bathroom is bright and spacious, with a big shower. We loved it. You can park your car in front of the building for 15lv a day, but it's hard to find a free place during the day.

Cons: Somewhat cramped, but we already knew it based on the pictures.

Pros: Lokacija na odlicnom mestu,odmah iza hotela Rila,pored supermarketa i u blizini obe gondole koje su radile u letnjem periodu.Apartman je cist,uredan,sa svim stvarima koji su neophodni za boravak.Posto smo bili u letnjem periodu ali sa kisnim vremenom temperatura se naglo spustila domacin nam je omogucio i grejanje.Parking je u garazi.Domacin je bio tu za sve sto nam je trebalo.Za svaku preporuku.
