Pros: The location is nice. The managers were responsive. It was clean.

Cons: It was rather cold first night. We arrived late and they responded the next morning on how to set the thermostat. The WiFi didn't work.

Pros: Very well equipped apartment, great location for everything in Borovets.

Cons: The pillows were quite small, could have done with 2 per person, not really an issue just a preference.

Great stay at an amazing apartment with an excellent location for skiing.

Pros: Fantastic location. Excellent facilities. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. We were very impressed with the size of the accommodation. Excellent communication from the owner. Very helpful and quick communication when needed. Nice, bright, airy apartment with lovely views of the forest from the bedroom window.

Pros: Fantastic Location, comfortable, warm apartment, nice view to the slopes, all necessary amenities, very clean and tidy, everything a family on a skiing holiday would look for!

Cons: minor details to make it perfect really, a couple of loose screws here and there, nothing even important. I would give it a 10/10 with all hands had not there been just a couple of these minor details really.

Cons: Bad smell in kitchen, not very clean inside the wardrobe from kitchen, parking is public and paid, shower door is broken

Great apartment, perfect location. Fantastic value for money

Pros: Great little apartment, perfect location. Clean, tidy and warm. Great value for money. The beds are comfy, shower is super hot and it's a nice place to relax after skiing. The location really is great for all of Borovets. Matthew was so helpful, and couldn't have done more for us. He answered all our questions and really helped us out. I would definitely stay again

Cons: Could have done with a little more kitchen equipment (chopping board, peeler etc) especially as we wanted to eat in sometimes as our little kids were too tired to go out in the evening.
