Perfect place to stay and meet your requirements!

Pros: I liked the method of the checking and checkout. Furthermore, everything was as we were told and the price was low for what we got. The temperature was perfect and we had everything like being at home

Cons: The Wi-Fi does not always work. For example, when all the guests are at the hotel, it is sometimes impossible to get data from the Wi-Fi, so you will need extra mobile data for that. The cleaning lady never replaced the towels.

Cons: It takes a little longer to get to the lift than I expected, but it’s quite normal. The swimming pool, sauna and restaurant in the complex were not working - this is sad.

Pros: Апартаментът е много удобен за семейства с две деца. Има две самостоятелни спални с по две легла. От четирите легла, три бяха със сравнително удобни матраци. Апартаментът има една баня + тоалетна и една самостоятелна тоалетна, което е много удобно. Тоалетните и банята са в отлично състояние. Общото помещение е с добре оборудван кухненски кът, налични са достатъчно прибори и посуда. Наличните кухненски уреди съответстват на оферираното. Мебелите са в отлично състояние с изключение на дивана в общото помещение и едно от леглата. Апартаментът беше топъл, включително банята, тоалетните и коридора. Имаше работещо парно, както и работещо подово отопление. Не се наложи да включване допълнителни отоплителни уреди.

Cons: 1. Към момента на настаняването ни, апартаментът беше мръсен. Всъщност, ние сами си го изчистихме. Прилагам снимка от процеса. 2. Когато влязохме, апартаментът миришеше на цигари. 3. Апартаментът не предлага самостоятелен интернет, а използува споделен, който обслужва целия апарт-хотел. Или поне на нас не ни беше предложен самостоятелен за апартамента интернет. Когато хотелът е празен, качеството на интернета е относително добро - прилагам screenshot от speedtest. Но когато вечер всички са в хотела, споделения интернет е практически невъзможен за ползване. 4. Ние не използувахме телевизия, но пробата, която направих, показа липса на сигнал. 5. Диванът в общото помещение е много амортизиран и неудобен. 6. Едното от четирите легла е с неудобен матрак.

Pros: Апартамента беше чист и топъл. Имаше достъчно удобства и посуда.

Cons: Чаршафите на спанята бяха много малки като размер и постоянно се събираха, като ни се налагаше да спим върху матрака. Също така имаше и петна по тях. Телевизора не работеше.
