Pros: Excellent location, and great sized apartment. Lovely and warm with under floor heating and heating in every room. Close to the gondola and restaurants. Really clear check in, helpful and responsive hosts. Would highly recommend

Pros: An extremely comfortable and clean place. You can tell the apartment is designed with taste. There is a water filtration system in the kitchen, and having two bathrooms is a great advantage for a group of four people.

Pros: Very good location, close to the gondola. It is excellent for those who want to climb Musala because in 10 minutes you reach the gondola. The apartment is spacious, it was clean, quiet and you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. We were satisfied.

Absolutely Perfect, we would definitely stay here again.
Pros: The apartment was the best we have stayed in, during a snowboarding holiday, very bright, spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed.. was very peaceful at night as well, Balcony's were a lovely additional, super nice sitting there after a hard day on the slopes very warm apartment and the lock box was a perfect addition, we never had to wonder where the keys were. Amazing restaurants everywhere in town, especially liked the Happy Duck which is one of the first places you come across when you walk into town, food was healthy and delicious.
Cons: The apartment is a little walk away into the main town centre / Chair Lifts.. We used the Gondola which was closer, the walk is all up a slight hill but just about doable with all your ski stuff, I would recommend keeping your ski equipment in town, rather than walking up and down the hill with it every day, saying this though definitely didn't put us off, it was nice staying out of the town and actually quite nice having that walk in the evening taking in the fresh air, engaging with everyone outside the bars/restaurants..

Great price, clean and comfortable
Pros: Apartment was spacious, and sofa bed was comfortable. Had everything you needed, and a good base to stay in Borovets. It’s a 10 min uphill walk to the gondola or ski lifts, so downhill after a long day skiing, with a couple of restaurants / bars on the way home.
Cons: Nothing not to like, as it was comfortable, only downside is the walk in the morning, but wakes you up.

Excellent, loved the apartment.
Pros: Beautiful clean apartment with everything you can need. Owners very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again, but far one of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed at in Borovets.
Cons: The main bed could do with looking at, maybe a new mattress and the blinds are very thin so it’s VERY bright in the mornings!! Maybe mention the water tank, we ran out of water first day showering as we didn’t notice. Also the electric heaters rather than central heating, these got very hot to touch.

Pros: Мястото е със страхотна гледка и изложението е хубаво, защото е огряно от слънце, достъпът е удобен. Домакините бяха много учтиви, лесна комуникация, отзивчиви и ни позволиха да се настаним по-рано. Двете спални са голямо удобство за семейство с деца. Кухненския бокс беше много практичен и удобен, има всичко необходимо. Беше много топло и уютно, както и имаше постоянно топла вода. Доволна съм, че имаше на разположение прахосмукачка.
Cons: Не ми хареса, че се наложи, след като се настанихме, да изчистя целия апартамент с прахосмукачката, тъй като навсякъде на пода имаше прах, трохи и косми от поне пет различни жени, тъй като имаше разнообразие от вариации на косите, както и се наложи да избърша прахта, която на определени места не беше бърсана отдавна, но доколкото разбрах от друга комуникация със собственичката имат жени които чистят, т.е. тези жени не си вършат добре работата. Децата и аз спахме добре, но мъжът ми след първата нощ се наложи да спи на дивана, тъй като леглото не му беше никак удобно. Като изключа неудобното спане и това, че апартамента не беше изчистен добре, бих се върнала, защото като цяло ми хареса. И имам една забележка към собствениците - липсва закачалка в банята за кърпата в непосредствена близост до мивката, тъй като закачалката под бойлера не е никак удобна нито като място, нито като вид.

Pros: Много ни хареса всичко - още с влизането ухае на деликатна свежест, много чисто, топло и уютно! Много удобни легла и възглавници, топли завивки и меки чаршафи! С чудна гледка, а за наш късмет имаше и много сняг! На този фон с удоволствие си приготвяхме закуска и вечеря в уютната и чудесно оборудвана кухня, а през деня се радвахме на снега. И много важно - отзивчиви и мили домакини. Съвсем наблизо (до пътя) има малко магазинче за хранителни стоки на нормални цени. А отсреща в гората има и една приказно красива църква (на снимките) - единствената дървена църква в България.
