A Unique Place to Stay in Karlovo for a Longer Period

Pros: The apartment was overall great. Very modern, spacious, clean, having everything required. Even though we could not meet the hosts in person, they were very polite and friendly to us. The location is also decent, around 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

Cons: There is no door between the bedroom and the living room, but the flat is meant for couples.

Pros: The flat was exceptionally clean, with great attention to detail. The owners,Ana and Hristo truly thought of everything-even providing an umbrella for rainy days. The location is perfect: a quiet spot right in the heart of the old town, close to historic buildings. . At 8 o'clock, the sound of the local church bell is amazing and adds to the charm of the place. We'll definitely be coming back!

Pros: My stay at ARHEYA 3 in Karlovo was absolutely perfect. I came to town for car maintenance and had no idea how to reach the apartment, but the host kindly arranged for me to be picked up from the garage—an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made all the difference. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, with fresh-smelling towels and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The host had prepared a detailed booklet with instructions for all appliances, along with useful contacts and restaurant recommendations, which made settling in effortless. It was a stay that turned a stressful situation into a peaceful and memorable experience, thanks to the host’s kindness and attention to detail.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Modern, spacious and clean apartment.

Pros: Very modern, comfortable and spacious room. The apartment was very clean throughout. The key was left in a key box so I could check in late. There is a parking space in the underground car park.

Cons: When checking out, the instructions say to leave the keys in the apartment when leaving. However, you cannot open the garage door without the key so I could not get my car out until the owners came to clean.

Everything was beyond excellent

Pros: This is a gorgeous small apartment, excellently furnished and designed, everything is super clean, modern and things have been thought off until every small detail. There was nothing more, than one could desire.

Pros: Everything was above and beyond! Even the details like coffeecups and 2 pillows every bed [comfy beds by the way]

Amazing stay in a dreamy accommodation!

Pros: Pictures are not doing justice to this accommodation. It has high quality appliances, it is clean and you get 2 bottles of water and a small bottle of wine in the price of the accommodation. It has underground parking which is a must if you are coming by car.
