Pros: Interior very comfortable and modern. Kitchen had all we could have needed, really well equipped with the basics, but few extras too (like coffee pods for coffee machine, dishwasher and tablets) stuff you’d probably not buy for one weekend but we’re handy (bottle of olive oil, salt and pepper etc). Was very clean and spacious, bed was super comfy too.
Cons: Only thing I’d change or give as feedback is the entrance to the building and lack of lighting. Was very dark and a bit scary and arriving at night (and following evenings) a motion sensor light would be a big bonus. Two women alone in that dark entryway was not pleasant.

Nice apartment
Pros: Everything was fine. Everything is clean, everything is working properly. There is a coffee maker, coffee capsules. Dishes: plates, cups, glasses, appliances, frying pan, saucepan (everything is like in an ordinary apartment). Wifi is good. Warm water from the boiler, there is a conditioner in each room. Very good organizers are always in touch and respond within 15 minutes on WhatsApp. The price and quality are good.

Spacious apartment
Pros: Spacious apartment equipped with everything needed. Communication with the host was very smooth. I would definitely recommend it!

Неплохо для недлительного пребывания
Pros: Неплохо оборудованная квартира, все самое необходимое для проживания есть. Достаточно чисто. Просто суперски удобная кровать. Так хорошо я не высыпалась уже много лет.)) Шикарная красивая бумажная люстра в спальне. Просто восторг и браво дизайнеру. Отопление - кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Было тепло при -7 на улице в новогоднюю ночь. Два больших телевизора, интернет хороший.
Cons: Не было полотенец и постельного белья для третьего гостя. Нужно отдать должное, что после нашего обращения назавтра его принесли. Спальня не закрывается- ручка сломана. Зеркало в ванной с большой трещиной (у нас считается, что смотреться в такое нельзя. А в Болгарии нет такой приметы?))). Тостер не работал. Спасибо за кофейные капсулы, чай и сахар. Но неплохо было бы поставить и соль, и хоть несколько капсул для посудомойки. Ну, и отдельный ужас (разруха, грязь, антисанитария) от двора/ подъезда/ лестницы, про который уже рассказывали здесь. Одна я там боялась бы ходить.

Pros: Very nice place to stay! It has kitchen, wash machine, two balconies, tv, dining table it feels like home and its a big space for couple. Very clean and comfortable to stay!
Cons: The only thing i dont like is the smell from the bathroom, maybe they can use another kind of filter so the smells from the water pipe doesnt go up. But the rest is amazing experience!

Pros: Cerca de todo y muy completo, la entrada está sucia y se ve fea pero el apartamento está limpio y completo, excelente ubicación.
Cons: El agua se emposa en la ducha ya que no hay un buen desagüe, fuera de eso todo genial.

Pros: Прекрасная квартира в отличном состоянии. Фото соответствуют объявлению. Близость к центру. Просторно и есть все необходимое для проживания. Интернет ТВ, 3 кондиционера. Хотелось бы шторы в спальне и на кухне.
Cons: Не понравилось только одно, и это действительно портит впечатление. Прямой возможности связаться с хозяином или агентом нет. Пишите сообщение через Букинг либо Болгарский! номер компании. (Если вы не имеете местного оператора, это может быть проблемой) Который банально не всегда отвечает. Если вы чётко 100% не знаете время когда сможете приехать к апартаментам либо будете съезжать. И вы не договоритесь за ранее. То вас будет ждать неприятный сюрприз. Вопрос с контактом необходимо решить, как вариант self check in and check out через кодовый бокс. В остальном одно восхищение
