Would revisit!

Pros: Location is spot on, staff was very nice and they took good care of us. Communication was smooth.

Cons: They could put some more effort in cleaning, bathroom could be upgraded.

Good quality and comforable apartment

Pros: Large rooms with a separate bedroom. Well located for visiting nearby tourist attractions. Fully equipped kitchen, Nice and quiet (September 2024). Easy parking a few steps away. Good quality furnishings.

Cons: Just a few minor things which should have been fixed before our arrival. 1 The kettle didn't work - quickly replaced when reported. 2 Some lights not working - quickly fixed when reported. 3. Toilet did not always fill after flushing.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated, especially the living room, which is very inviting and makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has some extras like spices. There is also a big balcony. Location is great for starting hikes in the summer and would be even better in the winter as it is right next to a ski lift.

Cons: The bathroom is quite the letdown to the rest of the apartment, as the shower is leaking massively, so every time it is being used the floor will be under water for hours. It seems also quite dated and is not matching the ambient of the rest of the apartment. Furthermore, the check in and communication was a bit cumbersome, as we had to call the host multiple times to get basic info they could have shared in advance.

Nice apartment in mountains

Pros: Apartment is very new, well equipped and in nice location just few meters from cable car Studenets to Snezhanka peak.

Cons: Leaking shower box. Although we notices owner thare was no reply to this problem.

Pros: Локацията е изключително удобна – както за скиори, така и за гости, които не карат ски. В апартамента беше много топло и комфортно. Посрещна ни любезно младо момче, което ни предостави телефон за връзка при възникване на проблем или необходимост от съдействие по време на престоя ни.

Cons: Нямаше нищо фрапантно или съществено, което да не ни е харесало по време на престоя. Като малък минус мога да отбележа, че диванът, на който трябваше да спят децата, беше по-малък от очакваното. Паркингът е платен, но това не е сериозен проблем, тъй като на около 100 м има достатъчно безплатни паркоместа. Като дребни забележки бих посочила, че вратата на банята не се затваряше добре и почистването можеше да бъде на малко по-добро ниво.
