Pros: Very close to the slopes. Room was big and comfortable.

Cons: Extendable sofa that we needed to use for our kid was broken. No hookers around. There were only two forks, which is very inconvenient for a family.

Luxury if you bring your bed linen, your pan and your mop.

Pros: The appartment has a nice view, it is close to slopes, there are parking places next to the property, but not for free.😉 It is cosy with a nice design, well equiped. We had a nice ski holliday.

Cons: 1. The bed linen are not in cotton, they are made by cheap poliester, if I would knew I wold took my own bed linen. 2. The pan was rusty, unusable, others kitchen items were cheap. 3. The shower was running and the floor was filled with water every time we took shower. The mop in the bathroom was dirty and ineficient, I was obliged to use a towel. 4. I asked the owner 3 times for parking conditions, she never responded, than the administrator asked to pay fist 20 leva/day, and just after I said that I asked a neighbor he accepted to pay 15 leva/day for 5 days. Sincerity, tranparency and details are important, try to fix these.

Pros: Everything was close to the appartments, specially all the lifts and ski tracks... literally ski to door

Cons: Non personal approach... there is no one who will greet you, or talk to. I dot like this modern approach where you dont see a face of your landlord... i miss \

Pros: Very good location. Comfy and new decoration. Full kitchenware

Cons: Heater making noise and it is loud at night when everywhere silent.

Pros: The location of the hotel was amazing. Cleaning was very good. The items were sufficient. Heating was nice. We were afraid because of other comments, but the temperature was very good and we felt very comfortable with 3 children.

Cons: The only downside is that the internet does not work in the facility, as stated in other comments. If the internet is fixed, it could be the best hotel in the region. Everything in our room was working, only the toaster wasn't working. We reported this, hopefully it will be fixed.

Pros: Top location, nicely furnished place, spacious, has everything you will need. Also, the view is great.

Cons: Wifi sucks - disappears all the time, and when it is there, it is super slow.

Pros: an exceptional location, really 30 meters from the central departure point of the chairlifts; high quality of the structure, fully equipped rooms and kitchens and management available enough to provide a replacement room free of charge on a different floor, to complete the suspended videoconference work session in the original room in relation to a default of the internet connection on that floor.

Cons: Unfortunately, at least in this period there are no supermarkets or pharmacies nearby.

Great choice for your ski trip!

Pros: very accommodating staff, we have a young baby so they let us check out later so that he can have his nap. excellent location and very specious apartment

Cons: shower does need to be fixed as it leaks

Great location for the keen skier, overall really good facilities

Pros: Great location less than 100m from ski lift. ski room on ground floor, big apartment. Good facilities apart from a couple of things mentioned below.

Cons: Kettle provided but no mugs so had to drink coffee out of glass, would have liked a plug in the bathroom sink, a better toilet seat and perhaps a couple more towels otherwise all was good.

Pros: Great location. Rooms and bathroom are big. It is warm. The kitchen is well equipped.

Cons: The cleanliness needs to be improved. We had to use the sofa bed and there was some dirt beneath it. Some of the furniture could be renovated for the next season :)
