Pros: Amazing view , good location-close to ski centre Malina. Realy big apartments with everything you need for your stay.

Pros: Great location with stunning view, clean, practical and very warm.

Cons: Everything was really good. There were some very minor areas that may require fixing but really well maintain property.

Pros: Nice view of the forest, 3 min by car to Malina ski center. Restaurant on the ground floor , games room available for kids and adults. Very friendly staff.

Cons: Bathrooms needs to be renovated, water flows next to the bathtub, the shower drain broken , unsecured electrical wires. Same , main bedroom bed needs to be replaced .

Pros: The rooms are warm, beds are comfortable. Got all what you need for a week stay. Parking available. Had Breakfast, Restaurant at the building. Coffee available.

Cons: Needs transport to center of Pamporovo and to the slopes. If provide schedule for free shuttle to Malina will be handy! Need to have a stand for the shower gell, shampoo at the shower.

Pros: We were very pleased with our stay at this complex! We especially want to thank the staff for providing all the necessary kitchen utensils and convenient parking spaces — it made our stay extremely comfortable. The location is great — only a 10-minute walk to the lift, although the path goes along the road and a bit through the hills. It’s a pity there is no sauna in the complex — it would have been a nice addition. Many thanks to the staff for waiting for our late arrival. At the reception, there was always a helpful gentleman ready to assist us. Even though we stayed on the first floor, the view of the mountain from our window was beautiful. We also want to highlight the unusual and interesting elevator. The room was always warm, and having coffee in the room was a pleasant bonus. Overall, our stay left only positive impressions, and we will definitely return!

Cons: Our only suggestion would be to offer more variety in the meals to make the choices even better. And the bed in our room was made of two joined single beds, and the gap between them made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.

Pros: A lovely hotel and staff! The apartment was tidy and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular!

Cons: Location is OK. You need a car/taxi to get to the slopes - you may be able to walk (around 35 min walk to the centre) but it’s literally walking on the motorway.

Pros: Location was great for us. We came by car and had a parking spot.

Cons: The Wi-fi in the room did not work for the first couple of days and then was quite slow. One socket only next to bed, had to plug in the heater there.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helped us with all the needs. The view from the room to Snejanka Tower was wonderful. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. 3-minutes distance from Malina Ski Center (by car). The free parking slots were in front of the hotel. We think that in the next year will come again!
