Fabulous stay, everything perfect and will be returning for sure

Pros: Amazing stay. The apartment is specious, spotless, warm, very clean, exactly like the photos on Booking.com. Host was super kind, very helpful and max and fast responsive (10/10 for the host). We are family of five (with three boys) having comfortable and cozy stay in this apartment. Location excellent near Malina ski lift, 5 min with a car. Having parking clean from snow and ice was extremely convenient. Two bathrooms with showers was really practical for five persons. Kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing simple and quick meals. Highly recommended and we will definitely go again in this accommodation.

Cons: Having tumble dryer (beside the washing machine) and dishwasher would be very helpful

Pros: This was our first time in Pamporovo and we were absolutely delighted. The apartment is very nice, bright, warm and decorated with love. It has everything you need for a short holiday/stay. Absolutely clean. The beautiful view. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful pine forest and listen to the sound of the river. The ski slopes are only a 2 minute drive from the hotel. After skiing you can relax in the apartment, use the sauna and swimming pool of the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only minus is that you have to go everywhere by car. In summer there may be footpaths and you can go for a walk. In winter, everything is covered with snow and pedestrians can only move on the driveway, which is not so comfortable and safe. Our holiday was very nice, we visited some of the sights in the area. We would like to visit more and go hiking in the area. We will definitely come back in the summer.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this well-equipped apartment, which truly feels like a home away from home. The thoughtful little touches create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owner was very approachable and helpful—when we had a minor issue with the electric plate (which resolved itself), he followed up to ensure everything was fine. The reception staff, pool attendant, and cleaners were all friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. While the internet was occasionally slow, it wasn’t a major inconvenience. As a family of five with two young children (ages 6 and 8), we found the apartment to be comfortable and well-suited to our needs. We had a great time and would highly recommend it!

Pros: The location is ideal , 5 min to Malina ski resot, transport secured by the hotel. Comfortable rooms with 3 balconies.2 bathrooms.We are Family with 5 adults and the accomodation was perfect.

Pros: Lovely, clean, well furnished apartment which comfortably homed 5 of us for our stay. The pool and spa facilities were also very well maintained and clean. Good showers and wifi (according to the kids!)

Cons: Having to get a large taxi to get about was sometimes a pain, but we recommended a driver by reception who was great and a more reasonable cost.

Pros: Apartament cochet,curat ,doua bai,mic dejun si cina in ambele restaurante foarte bune,parcare gratis,relativ aproape de partie,atentia proprietarului pe toata perioada sejurului.

Pros: Odaya girdiğinizde ne kadar doğru bir tercih yaptığınıza sevineceksiniz. Sizi sıcacık ve özenle düzenlenmiş, tertemiz bir ev bekliyor. Tüm aile çocuklarımız ile mutlu bir tatil geçirdik. Mutfak gereçleri tam, sıcak su her zaman vardı. Odanın manzarası muhteşem. Her detayı ile muhteşem.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien situado y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Limpio y cómodo, cuenta con todo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones sin preocupaciones de nada. Tiene dos cuartos de baño, que de verdad es un gran plus. Cada habitación tiene su balcón con vistas que mencioné al principio.Los dueños (anfitriones) muy atentos y amables ,buena comunicación .

Cons: El apartamento se encuentra en un hotel del que puedes usar sus instalaciones de Spa,gimnasio, piscina.... Pero tuvimos la mala suerte que durante nuestra instancia (una semana) no funcionaba el jacuzzi de la piscina, la máquina principal (combinada)del gimnasio estaba fuera de servicio, en la sala de juegos no funcionaban el billar y el futbolin.Todo éso se lo comenté a la recepción del hotel al principio, pero no cambió nada. Tener en cuenta que el apartamento es privado y por eso hay diferencia en la puntuación de él y la del hotel.

Pros: Много уютен,подреден с вкус апартамент,същевременно оборудван с всичко необходимо.

Cons: Всичко ни хареса,може би може да се сложат комарници на прозорците ,които ще са удобни през лятото.
