Pros: Easy communication, key delivery through key-box, good position. Big, modern and clean apartment, would have been an easy 10/10 with honors if not for parking and air conditioning.
Cons: Air conditioning is very weak: even after turning on for hours at max power both units in the rooms and the main control device (hidden behind a tent!), the temperature in the house won't reach more then 2°C less than the outside temperature. In summer nights with 28-30°C outside it's a major problem. Parking is free on the streets around the house as advertised, but all parking spots in a 500m radius are packed full all day and night, so finding a place for your car can be a real nightmare.

Pros: Very spacious and modern apartment with all the facilities needed. Location is very good, only 15min walking to the centre, on a quiet street with free onstreet parking around.

Comfortable Accommodation Experience
Pros: Pros: (1) Easy access experience to the property with a safe box. (2) Spotlessly clean. (3) Comfortable and cozy. (4) If you're visiting in winter, heating facilities are excellent.
Cons: Cons: (1) It is not easy to find a parking lot around. (2) Due to the distance, you may not always feel like walking to the city center. (3) Additional kitchen amenities and utensils would enhance the overall experience.

Pros: Recent renovation, minimalist design, spacious, clean and fresh, very nice place overall. Everything is very new. Not far from the city center, close to the supermarket, quiet neighbourhood, easy check in and check out. Lots of coffee capsules, tea and no shortage of dishwasher tablets.
Cons: Ok for one night for one or two people, but not ok if you have a child or need to stay longer or cook more than scrambled eggs. Also some small but annoying basics were missing, like a mop in the bathroom to clean up the water from the floor, extra cutlery (only two forks and two spoons), need to ask for extra toilet paper roll, the duvet was too small for the bed, etc. Be ready to have your requests ignored 50% of the time.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, absolut empfehlenswert
Pros: Sehr schöne, komplett eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung, guter WLAN Empfang, unkomplizierter Self-Check-in, in jeglicher Hinsicht eine super Unterkunft Zur Parkplatzsituation: aus unserer Sicht kommt es darauf an, wann man mit dem Auto ankommt, wir kamen mittags an und haben einen Parkplatz sogar direkt vor dem Haus gefunden. Wenn man aber abends ankommt, wenn auch alle Anwohner mit ihren Autos wieder zu Hause sind, kann die Suche länger dauern.

Pros: La propreté et le confort de l’appartement Quartier pas loin du centre ville Les instructions claires pour accéder à l’appartement étaient très claires
Cons: Il manquait des instructions sur l’utilisation de la climatisation. On a retrouvé le boîtier que le 2eme jour.. Dommage On a réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La canapé lit est petit pour faire dormir 2 personnes
