Pros: Easy communication with the owner, cleanliness. Cosy flat.

Cons: Not too appropriate if you are with car. Have to find a parking nearby in next streets.

Pros: The apartment is very cozy, in a central location. The owner is extremely kind. Very clean and with everything you need for cooking.

One of the best stays in Plovdiv

Pros: TV, Internet and kitchen facilities, great aircon. Fantastic value for money almost a 10/10 would defo recommend.

Cons: Boiler switches to get hot water unfamiliar to me; and one broken blind but not a big deal

Pros: The apartments is very cozy with a balcony for a morning coffee :) kitchen is well equiped so you can prepare your meals, good communication.

Pros: A cosy apartment on the top floor. It was clean and new and had a nice balcony. There was air-conditioning in every room, which was a perfect escape from the summer heat in Plovdiv.

Good choice for visitors with a car

Pros: Good location towards the historic centre of Plovdiv with easy free on-street parking. Clean new house with easy access, all tourist needs close by - currency exchange, food and sightseeing. Easy communication with the owner.

Cons: The knives looked like knives, but they had one shortcoming - they didn't even cut vegetables :-). There were three wine glasses, but each one was for a different kind of wine, which is a shortcoming in a country with a wine tradition. It was a pity that nobody washed the windows for a long time. The sofa definitely needs to be cleaned and the side backrest could be better fixed. There was only one clothes rack found... Please pay more attention to maintenance and your apartment will be superb.
