Very comfortable, very quiet in a very clean and wonderful apartment
Pros: Extremely modern, spotless, and comfortable accommodation with high-quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The space is thoughtfully designed, with excellent Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and two toilets. Each room features its own TV, and coffee is thoughtfully provided. Located in a quiet local neighbourhood, it’s close to grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the Old Town. Despite being well-connected, it’s incredibly peaceful—ideal for both restful sleep and remote work. A fantastic host and a truly high-standard place to stay.
Cons: The only minor issue was the lighting in the living room. Each ceiling fixture had multiple very bright bulbs with no option to dim or adjust them, which made the space feel quite harsh in the evenings. We ended up not using them at all, except for the kitchen light. Adding some side lamps or softer lighting options would really help create a warmer, more inviting atmosphere. Because of this, we’d give it a 9 out of 10—otherwise, it would have been a perfect score.

Pros: La situation de l’appartement est très bonne car à 15mns à pieds de la vieille ville et sur un chemin piéton tout le long. L’appartement est situé dans un immeuble neuf dans un quartier calme. Tout est en excellent état, comme neuf. C’était très grand et les lits étaient confortables. Un lave linge et un sèche linge avec tous les produits nécessaire. C’est le meilleur appartement que nous ayons jamais eu sur Plovdiv.
Cons: La douche est mal conçue et l’eau s’écoule en partie par l’extérieur. Il manque quelques oreillers supplémentaires car trop minces. Il manque aussi un torchon et un essuie main dans la cuisine et des gants pour le four.

Pros: Прекрасная квартира. Дизайн на высшем уровне. Есть всё не только для короткого, но и длительного проживания. Отличное, тихое место, близко к центру . Есть своя парковка. Мы бы вернулись сюда ещё раз.

Pros: Апартаментът е изключително уютен и стилно обзаведен, с елегантен интериор. Всичко е подбрано с вкус – от мебелите до малките детайли, които правят престоя още по-приятен. Просторен, светъл и много чист, апартаментът предлага всички необходими удобства за една пълноценна почивка или престой. Локацията е отлична – само на 15 минути пеша от центъра.

Pros: La ubicación buena, las facilidades maravillosas, la limpieza perfecta. La amabilidad de la gente al ayudarnos a situarnos resolvió la situación que pudiera habernos estorbado.
Cons: Solo la comunicación de las instrucciones de entrada y del parking y de la caja de las llaves, me llegaron cuando ya estaba de viaje y no pude recibirlas en el teléfono mío por falta de cobertura, pero no es culpa del alojamiento sino de que adelantamos unas horas la llegada prevista.

Pros: Modern apartment with everything you need. On-site parking was convenient. The building has an elevator. When we noticed that the drying rack was missing, hosts offered to bring one on the same day.
Cons: Hosts charge a cleaning fee on top of the rent. This makes the apartment relatively expensive for a short stay. Also, cleaning was okay but certainly not perfect.
