Pros: Nice and calm neighbourhood, perfect communication with the host, definitely great value for money.

Cons: Only downside I can think of is probably parking, however that is not so rellevant to the property itself.

Cons: I was missing a cutting board, paper towels or a cloth. Lack of parking may also be an issue. There is a paid municipal parking lot nearby, but it's limited.
