Pros: The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. All everyday household amenities are provided. Very clean, very quiet, and peaceful, yet at the same time well-connected and convenient, as it is located in the city center. Close to the central train station, a large park, and the main pedestrian zone. Admiration for the hospitality.

Cons: The company listed as a contact for assistance is unprofessional. I asked them whether I could extend my stay, and they replied that it was not possible and offered me another apartment instead. Due to the situation that arose, I had to move out with my luggage on 31 December. I went to the new place they offered with all my luggage and found that it did not meet my needs, as it lacked the necessary amenities for my stay and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Concerned, I decided to check whether I could book an apartment through Booking.bg and discovered that the apartment was actually available and that my stay could have been extended without having to move out or relocate my luggage. I believe that their unprofessional attitude and actions were motivated by their desire to bypass the platform and earn a commission directly from me. I also believe that the apartment owner is not aware of such actions on their part, which could reflect poorly on him/her in the eyes of other guests, and I would like the owner to be informed.

Great place in a very good location

Pros: The location of the apartment is great - just a couple of minutes away from the main park which continues with the main pedestrian street. At the same time in a very quiet neighbourhood. The place itself was really nice and also clean. Two separate bedrooms - one with a queen bed and another one with two separate beds for the kids. A lot of place - separate dinning room, well equipped kitchen, bathroom satisfies basic needs. All in all we felt great being in the apartment and had everything needed.

Pros: Апартаментът е много близо до Пеещите фонтани и централната част на града. Отлична хигиена, много удобно обзаведен и оборудван с всички необходими уреди, светъл и обновен. Оставаме с отлични впечатления и бихме го наели отново при следващо посещение.

Pros: Изглежда както на снимките. Комуникацията беше изключително лесна и бърза. Нямахме никакви проблеми. Определено бих повторила. Има си всичко необходимо. Бяхме с две деца и беше удобно.
