Lovely place to stay!

Pros: The flat was very clean and spacious. Excellent location!

Perfect!

Pros: Great location, 20 min walk from old town. Quiet neighborhood and building. Wonderful appartment, large, well lit, well furnished, very clean. We are a family of 4 and everything was perfect.

Totally worth it

Pros: Giant flat. Nice layout, got everything you need. Perfectly clean and high quality bedsheets, slept so good. Close to the city center.

Cons: Our bed was amazing but our friend’s not so much

Cons: The one thing that one may find troubling is that the bathroom doors do not lock

Nice apartment in a central location

Pros: Very central location only a 10 minute walk from the main square and 5 minutes from the train & bus stations. The apartment was very clean and modern inside.

Pros: Beautiful, big apartment within walking distance from the bus stop, the mall and park with the singing fountains. The apartment had had everything we needed and the host was excellent and communicated well.

Admin in Plovdiv

Pros: The location was ideal, close to the centre and also a walking distance from mall Plovdiv and the police station (for renewing passports etc). There was mall Markovo Tepe right outside and a Billa shop. The apartment was renovated and very comfortable. Even though it was in a very central place, the nights were surprisingly quiet. The street side balcony was very charming.

Cons: Nothing except for the creaking wooden floors in the bedrooms which weren't renovated yet. There was some old / vintage furniture too but I actually liked this.

Pros: Nice, clean and spacious apartment. The location is exellent, close to the center and train station. Good communucation with the host.

Pros: Location is great, in nice, peaceful street. Flat is spacious, very clean, with all you need.Queen bed is very comfortable. The host is very helpful, answers to your messages quickly.

Cons: Wooden floors in two bedrooms should be renovated, they are so old and squicky. But in the rest part of the flat are renovated.The building is a bit old and dirty, but the flat itself is very clean! The heating in bathrooms should be provided for the cold days.Wifi was slow.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend.

Pros: Ein renovierte Wohnung in der Nähe des Zentrums von Plovdiv mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und Küchenbereich mit guter und voll funktionierender Ausstattung für bis zu fünf erwachsenen Personen, wobei die fünfte Person das Sofa nehmen müsste. Die Außenansicht des Hauses ist da nicht so einladend, doch das Appartment ist in sehr viel besserem Zustand.

Cons: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden während unseres Aufenthalts.
