So Close Kapana - 2 Rooms Central Apartments

Unbeatable location, highly recommend it!

Pros: Perfect location, so close to everything walking. It was extremely clean. Communication with the host was smooth.

Cons: A bit more noise from the street but not a big trouble after midnight.

Fantastic tidy and cozy flat in the heart of Plovdiv.

Pros: Lovely, very tidy and beautiful small flat near the old town. Location is good, communication with the host was smooth, all questions answered. It´s hard to find a parking in Plovdiv, but the host sent a map with locations. Awesome. New beautiful flat, some amenities, like water, coffee, cookies. Lovely place. There was even ice cubes on the fridge, which by arrival in a hot day was more than fantastic. Location is excellent, all interesting spots within walking distance.

Cons: The only, and I mean the only thing I missed was a small oven too cook some eggs in the morning. But there are plenty of shops and restaurants 50m away. All good.

Perfect stay in Kapana

Pros: The apartment is a good size and located right in the centre, so it's easily walkable to the main sights and right next to loads of restaurants/bars in Kapana. Despite being by a main road, you cannot hear anything while inside and the aircon in the bedroom works to cool the whole apartment.

Pros: Conveniently located in the kapana, with the bus stop to the train station just 2mins away, the apartment was fairly big and clean. Perfect to base yourself in Plovdiv for a few days.

Overall stay was fine if you are here for a very short trip. The apartment is not bad but its just missing few things wh

Pros: The property is located in the prime location of Plovdiv and you can easily see old town . Multiple restaurants are nearby. The apartment is clean and tidy. We can get a beautiful view of old town from the window of the apartment . Good instructions were given in pdf for the parking spots

Cons: The property doesn’t have any lift which makes it harder for families with kids as they have to climb till 4th floor. No dishwasher or washing machine is provided if you want to stay longer. Also they have hot plate kitchen which makes it difficult to cook. Although the property owner has given instructions about different parking spots it’s hard to find a parking at those locations . It would have been great if they have dedicated spot reserved for the apartment.

Pros: Modern furniture, a nice small kitchen, exceptionally clean room and bathroom, helpful host and perfect location. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, and we would visit it again.

Cons: The room is facing the main boulevard , so it can be a bit loud when the windows are open.

Pros: SoClose apartments are located directly on the entrance towards Kapana district, so allow for easy access to both Old Town, Kapana and any other main point of interest in Plovdiv. We stayed in apt.4, which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. The lockbox makes it easy to enter and not align with the landlord on pick-up and checking out. There's a nice vending machine in the building selling primarily wine :)

Cons: The building is located on one of the main boulevards of Plovdiv, so if the windows are open it could be quite noisy.

Cozy apartment in old town

Pros: Very Clean and comfy, right at the base of the Kapana Hill, very close to the Roman Theatre and in the Old Town

Cons: A little bit of noise from the Boulevard outside, but nothing a closed window can't fend off

Can't go wrong with this conveniently located apartment

Pros: Convenient location, clean and tidy apartment, host's communication is unravelled. He was polite, patient and accommodating of all our extra requests. The bathroom was our favourite part - spacious and with a character. We expected to have a balcony based on the photos but our apartment didn't have one. Nonetheless, still a brilliant choice for your stay. Everything you'll need is conveniently located, close to the hustle and bustle of the city but still able to detach from it in the evenings.

Cons: We were with children and a pushchair so climbing the stairs with no lift available in the building challenged us to do some extra workouts, which we didn't mind but worth noting for other guests who may have mobility restrictions.
