Pros: Very clean, tidy and cosy!!! Perfect host and lovely location! Thank you, we will be back for sure!

Good base in Saparevo Banya

Pros: Well-located in a quiet part of Saparevo Banya. There is a good-sized supermarket nearby. Good communication for check-in. Dedicated secure parking. There is a restaurant next door where you can get breakfast and other meals.

Cons: Minor improvements such as a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, and a bath mat. Adding a toaster in the kitchen would also be nice. The mattress was also a bit too firm for me. There is an elevator but you still need to go up two sets of stairs beforehand (so be warned if you have heavy luggage)

Very nice apartment in the centre of the town - outdoor pool open in summer and indoor is paid

Pros: The apartment is excellent and nicely decorated, with nice views over the town. The facilities are great and you have everything there to cook etc. The attached restaurant also serves amazing Bulgarian cuisine and drinks so I highly recommend!

Cons: It is a bit difficult to find as the apartment is located in an apartment complex with a different name, and the map on booking.com is slightly incorrect so you need to contact the owner and thus need the internet. There is only one obvious apartment complex on the corner though which has a restaurant attached and it is there. The outdoor pool was also closed due to the season but I didn't see this mentioned on the advertisement. The indoor pool was open but cost quite a lot to use, and I don't believe this was advertised as a paid extra either - which should both be clear considering people come to this town for the pools.

Pros: Останахме доволни от предстоя си в къщата. Домакините - Гаетано и Нико, са прекрасни хора, с които е удоволствие да се комуникира. Всички наши въпроси и запитвания бяха мигновено отразявани, и обратната връзка беше точна, ясна и с приятелски тон. Огромно Благодаря на домакините за приятелското отношение и вкусните подаръци за добре дошли😊. Когато имаме възможност отново ще посетим това приятно място.

Pros: היה נקי ממש. הם חשבו על הפרטים הקטנים והדירה הייתה מאובזרת בצורה מצויינת. נראה כמו בתמונות. לשומרי כשרות- יש צלחות וכוסות זכוכית אז זה ממש נחמד. השירות היה מאוד אדיב. ברגע האחרון הוספנו אדם נוסף והם הביאו מחיר זול והוגן. נוף נחמד ממש ומיקום אחלה. דקה הליכה מהדירה יש מכולת קטנה ועוד 2 דקות משם יש סופר גדול יותר

Cons: במרפסת לא היה גג ובגלל שהיינו ביומיים גשומים אז זה היה מבאס אבל זה לא דרמטי

Almost everythung was fine

Pros: The apartment is all in all great, has everything needed and a nice view.

Cons: We paid extra to use the pool and sauna, and the owner told us we should inform them to prepare the sauna 1h in advance. I texted the owner, and also informed the girl at the reception, but, when we got there, the sauna did not work. It is possible that the girl at the reception did not understand me, because her English was very bad.

Pros: Чудесно студио,изключително чисто и приятно,подредено с вкус.Гледката беше страхотна,паркинга-удобен.Локацията е идеална.Надмина очакванията ни.Ще дойдем пак с удоволствие!Препоръчвам!

Pros: Хотел бы поблагодорить хозяйку отеля за такое теплое отношение. Мы должны были заехать в 14.00 но наш самолет задержали на 12 чесов и хозяйка( дай бог ей здоровья) нам написала неволнуйтесь мы подождем. Так мало того что она ждала нас до 2 ночи так когда мы написали что не можем найти это место она поехала на машине нам на встречу и помогла нам быстро приехать. Все показала предложила чай. Кофе. Номер был большой чистый. Вобщем мы остались очень довольны. Всем рекомендую. Стоящий вариант. Жалеть не будите. Огромнре спасибо.обезательно приедем снова

Pros: Перфектно обзавеждане, уютно, чисто, може да отседнеш и за по дълъг период.

Comfortable stay for a night.

Pros: Cosy studio in a private studio/apartment block. It has a private parking, but I parked on the lateral street and it was fine. I arrived late in the night and the receptionist left the keys in a box with a code. There is a restaurant in the same complex and also a pool, which can be used for a fee I believe. Shower was not leaking.

Cons: The kitchenette didn't have an electric stove like advertised but we didn't need it.
