Cozy stay, helpful host minor issues
Pros: We had pleasant stay at the apartment. The equipment and amenities were good, providing everything we needed for comfortable stay. The cleanlinnes was solid and the fireplace aded a very cozy and warm touch. Alex was very kind , helpful and welcoming.
Cons: There was an issue with the shower cabin, which was unpleasant, but Alex immidiaately offered to fix it! The apartment is located about 5 minutes by car from ski center, a small inconveniences was that part of road wasnt fully cleared of snow

Great place and awesome host!
Pros: Very nice and cozy. The host is amazing! He helped and answered all of our questions. He also provided us with wood for the fire. We had everything we needed there (including coffee, things for cooking, clean sheets, towels). We also slept very well. The sunrise is amazing to watch from bed! Very close to ski area with free parking, like 2 minutes by car (on an empty road :). And also free parking near accommodation entrance.

Pros: The owner Alex was very kind and helpful!!! The apartment was cosy, warm, and the fireplace amazing.Alex gave us woods for the fire place.In addition the apartment had full kitchen equipment and Nespresso machine🥰 with a variety of capsules!!!It is situated in the new building Grand Pamporovo Resort (it is not finished yet), in the forest, with amazing view and free parking.Finally the room is near to studenets ski area, with car.I will prefer this apartment again.

Pros: Чудові просторі апартаменти з усіма вигодами, 2 санвузли, кухня з посудомийною машиною. У квартирі тепло. Також нам надали дрова для каміна для прекрасного вечора з келихом віскі. До 6-ї траси йти буквально 10 хвилин, там же можна взяти спорядження і спуститися вниз для купівлі скіпасу. Поруч за 5 хвилин є магазин із хорошими цінами. Всім раджу це місце.

Gorgeous accommodation!
Pros: The location really exceeded our expectations, it looks just like in the photos! It is located in the middle of nature, with the trees near the window. There is an outside public parking in front of the building, but the resort is located at the end of the roadd, so the only cars passing there are the ones of the guests. The closest restaurants are 3-4 min. by car, the ski slope is 5 min.. by car on a side road. 5-7 min by car there is a farmacy. A supermarket is 2 min. by car. The apartment is very big, equipped just like your own home, with a beautiful fireplace that is functional and a balcony directly towards the trees. The owners are extremely nice, they are in permanent contact and they immediately provide everything that is neccesary. The apartment is pet friendly.

Pros: Апартамента беше чудесен. Разположен на много удобно място. В близост до язовира, връх Снежанка, връх Мургавец и лифта.В кухнята имаше всички необходими удобства. Печка, хладилник, абсорбатор, кафемашина,прибори. Спалнята е чудесна.Гледката е невероятна. Топла, уятна, приятна обстановка. Собственика Алекс съдейства за всяка нужда. Бихме посетили отново.

Pros: Апартаментът е хубав, на хубаво място. Хареса ни всекидневната, гледката в далечина от прозорците. Разполага с всичко необходимо за кратък престой. Просторен и удобен е. Вечерта можехме да запалим камината и беше много приятно. Комуникацията с домакина беше лесна, навременна, настаняването е безконтактно. Наоколо май не е много подходящо за разходка, тъй като се провеждат строителни работи и е прашно, но ние така или иначе обикаляхме региона. Наблизо има магазин, от който може да се купят някакви хранителни продукти, напитки, добре е зареден. Ресторант не сме търсили, но мисля, че има работещ в съседния комплекс.
Cons: Не ни хареса леглото в спалнята - на пръв поглед изглежда удобно, но въобще не е. Душ кабината в банята тече и каналът едва успява да поеме дори малка струя вода. Като цяло не беше добре почистено - имаше прах по пода навсякъде.

Pros: Апартаментът е изключително уютен, удобен и оборудван с всичко необходимо за приятен и комфортен престой. Много чист и с хубава гледка. Бихме отседнали отново, прекарахме си прекрасно.
Cons: Единствената забележка е, че при пристигането ни апартамента беше доста студен, което е напълно нормално за ваканционен имот, който не се ползва постоянно, отне известно време, докато се затопли.
