Pros: The room was clean, the spa is really nice and the food is amazing. Also, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons: We didn’t see that there is no AC in the room, that was a minus since we visited during summer.

Nice hotel with delicious food

Pros: Nice hotel in the heart of Rodopi. The hotel is nice and comfortable. The food was really delicious and staff is friendly and helpful. The spa is small but nice. The outside pool is nice but quite small and shallow, not suitable for swimming if you intent to swim.

Cons: There is almost no possibilities to go anywhere without a car. The nature is beautiful but the infrastructure of Tsigov Tsark is non existent.

A nice place

Pros: The food was really nice, the staff were quite friendly.

Cons: The room did not have ventilation, probably not an issue in warmer weather when you can open the window door.

Pros: The delux room was quite nice. The view from the balcony was also very nice. The breakfast was great and the food at dinner was quite decent.

Cons: The walls of the bathroom were transparent glass with some parts mat glass but still quite visible. The inside SPA was a bit small, especially the inside pool and couldn't accommodate the many guests. There wasn't a SPA reception. I couldn't get the organization of the sitting tables for dinner...

Pros: The spa hotel was amazing and set in the mountains and woodlands. The fresh air was excellent The room and facilities were very good

Very friendly welcoming hotel.

Pros: Staff were friendly, food was varied and excellent, common areas were spotlessly clean.

Cons: We had to request additional toiletries and the bedroom was quite small.

Pros: We liked the place itself, it's super calm there, nature is all around, so that was great. The food was delicious, the staff was kind, the spa area is OK.

Cons: On our last day there was a group of people drinking beer by the pool (indoor one) and smoking near the emergency exit, so the smell filled the whole swimming pool area. The same issue we had with our balcony overlooking the summer terrace of the cafe, so the smell run into our room and we had to close the balcony door all the time (it's totally our fault though for not bringing up the question and asking to change the room).
