Pros: The person taking care of the apartment is friendly and helpful.

Cons: One air conditionning was not working even after it was supposed to be repaired. Location area is not very apealing but very close to metro station.

Pros: Ev temiz ve bakımlıydı. Güleryüzlü bir şekilde karşılandık. Konaklamamızda herhangi bir olumsuzluk ve sorun yaşamadık. Üst katta 3 oda var herkes çok rahat etti.

Pros: They were very courteous and professional, anything we asked for, they went out of their way to accommodate us. We were given keys to another apartment for access to a washing machine the moment I had asked. Upon checking in they stayed later to make sure they could let us in when our flight was after hours. They even came in an emergency to unlock the apartment when we forgot a medical device and we returned from the airport to retrieve it. The metro station is 20 steps from the building, giving us easy access to the whole city of Sofia to explore. Many delicious food options on the same street and a children's park just across, next to a grocery store. We felt at home in every aspect and appreciate their kindness and professionalism. They always answered propmptly to all messages. Highly recommended and would certainly stay again!
