The EGO house at Vitoshka Street

It was great.

Pros: Location was very good, the apartment was clean and nicely decorated, part of an old building with exceptional view. Great atmosphere, quiet place.

Cons: No parking space in the city blue zone.

Great value for money, great location, friendly hosts!

Pros: What a fantastic flat! The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The sights, bars and restaurants were right on our doorstep. The flat was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was a good size, with a big fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with plenty of coffee and tea in the cupboards. The bathroom was lovely, with a fabulous shower. Towels, soap and shampoo were also supplied. The beds were very comfortable with crisp clean sheets, pillows and sufficient bedding. The balcony off the back bedroom was a great place to watch the morning sunrise with a coffee and a book, while the others were still asleep!

Cons: Well, if you don't want to climb 100 steps, this place isn't for you. We had no problem and it's seriously worth the effort as the flat is so lovely when you reach the top! The AC in the front bedroom was working but the rear bedroom and lounge were not, however a large fan had been supplied which was very welcome!

It's an apartment that we will come back again.

Pros: Apartment is spacious and in the city center, it's clean and quiet during the night. It's our second visit there and we enjoy it.

Cons: All good.

I stayed 6 days, and I liked the place very much, I would think book the same place again.

Pros: The location is great, just ın the Vitoshka boulevard. The apartment is newly furnished. Have very big space for 4 persons.

Cons: Because this is an old building (like all other building on the main Boulevard), elevator doesn't exist, But I think this is not a big problem, unless you don't need elevator because of any kind of disabilities.

Pros: Местоположението беше на много добро място. Точно в началото на Витошка. Нон-стоп магазин точно до входа на сградата. Комуникативно място.

Cons: Хигиената в стаята можеше да е на малко по-високо ниво. Доста прашен под и е хубаво задължително да си носите чехли. Имаше някои други забележки.

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία, με δυνατότητες βελτίωσης κυρίως όσο αφορά την επικοινωνία

Pros: Πολύ καλή δουλειά στο κατάλυμα. Άνετο με όλες τις προβλεπόμενες παροχές. Καθαρό και ανακαινισμένο με ωραία διακόσμηση. Τέλειο μπάνιο, πολύ καλή η κουζίνα, τα δωμάτια φωτεινά και άνετα.

Cons: Θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται ότι το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 5ο όροφο, χωρίς ασανσέρ. Θα μπορούσαμε να μοιράσουμε τις αποσκευές και όχι να πάρουμε μια μεγάλη βαλίτσα με τις δυσκολίες της στενής σκάλας πέντε ορόφων. Με το ξεκίνημα πήρα τηλέφωνο να ζητήσω πληροφορίες για τυχόν πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή. Μου απάντησαν ότι θα στείλουν μήνυμα, που δεν έγινε ποτέ. Από τις τρείς μονάδες a/c οι δύο είχαν προβλήματα λειτουργίας. Δεν απευθύνθηκα για επισκευή, καθώς ο καιρός τις ημέρες της διαμονής ήταν δροσερός και δεν υπήρχε ουσιαστικό πρόβλημα.
