Greatness in the city center

Pros: Its a very big reconstructed apartment in city center. Modern beautiful look, with two king size beds and a living room with good couch. Its situated straigh in the city center, few minutes from metro, few minutes from the most frequented areas of the city. Even so, it is very quiet inside. Check in instructions were clear, checkout as well. One of the best apartments I ever booked on booking.

Cons: Only thing I didnt like is the lack of elevator/lift in the building. After few times, going by foot few floors up starts to add up.

Great stay ,safe , close to everything we need it to visit

Pros: Great location we had everything we needed for our four days day stay . Only struggle it’s a no elevator but that’s clearly stated in the listing . Highly recommend . Thank you for having us .

Excellent

Pros: Location is excellent at the centre of town. Flat was very comfortable. The food in Sofia is excellent.

Cons: A lot of people write reviews moaning about the stairs, but what can you do about that? The door to the flat would benefit from having better lighting. Hard to see numbers in lock box. But this is a minor problem, I simply used torch on my phone.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable, just round the corner of the Vithosa pedestrian boulevard.Milena was very helpful easy to reach by texting and very helpful to fulfil our request to leave the bags before check in time. The apartment is modern and new.

Cons: We did not like the stairs but for us we only went once down and than once up in the evening nothing serious compared with the comfort of the apartment.

Pros: Location is the amazing, Falt very nice, clean, new furnitures

Cons: 4th floor without elevator

Pros: The place is great. It's perfect for a family or a group of friends. The beds are really big and comfort and the location was perfect right in the center of sofia. It has anything you need and the host is so helpful and kind.

Elegant apartment in the perfect location

Pros: Loved our stay here! In the heart of the city right near the pedestrian mall and easy walking distance to tourist highlights, shops and a host of restaurants. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable beds, tasteful décor, quality linens / towels, a well-equipped kitchen and amenities. Host Milena was lovely, great communication and very gracious and concerned for us when we made a mistake in timing.

Quality stay

Pros: Beautiful apartment, new and clean and good location

Cons: There is no lift. The flights of stairs with heavy suitcases was not the best.

Pros: The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is very comfortable, has everything needed for short and long stay. The location is just perfect, in the city centre close to all bars and restaurants as well as metro station. Self check in was easy and very well organised. Definitely, we will return for the next stay in Sofia.

Excellent stay, but...

Pros: Really clean and presentable inside. Very quiet. Large inside.

Cons: There is no lift. The flat is up a significant number of steps. If you are a wheel chair user, have a buggy, or any other physical handicap that makes climbing stairs difficult I would not stay here. We had a lot of luggage and this was quite frustrating not knowing there was no lift.
