Pros: Excellent value for money, the property is very new and clean. The kitchen is also well-equipped.

Pros: First of all, I’d like to highlight the kindness of the host and the detailed instructions provided for the key pickup, garage, and WiFi, I really appreciate that. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos; everything is new, neat, and clean. The location is excellent, with everything very close by.

Cons: We had a bit of trouble with the heating, we turned on the air conditioner, but it only heated the gallery area where the bed is, while it was a bit cold downstairs. We tried to change the AC settings, but couldn’t manage to do it, I’m not sure if it was our mistake. Another thing that bothered me slightly was the bathroom door. Since it’s a sliding door, there’s a small gap, so it doesn’t fully close. Personally, that’s a bit of an issue for me because there’s no sound insulation, and I prefer to have some privacy when using the bathroom. In this case, there’s really no sound isolation, which can be uncomfortable if you’re staying with someone else.

Free secured parking , central location, fully renovated apartment

Pros: Fully Renovated apartment, fully equipped with lots of space. Close to center location. Parking is free, but a bit tight, ok for normal, smaller car like golf or astra, secured with automatic door.

Cons: The entrance is super creepy. You are entering in a back yard, which is begging for renovation. The neighborhood is ok. The air conditioner was a bit dusty.

A very pleasant stay. New and modern interior

Pros: The interior was modern and new, even though the building is very old. It's just like it's shown in the photos. A very pleasant stay.

Cons: The building looks old and the garage is very narrow, but the host sent detailed information on how to enter the building and the garage. The stairs in the room are really narrow and it's hard to get up and down.

Wonderful Stay - Clean, Great Location and Friendly Host

Pros: Wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and cozy – everything looked exactly like in the pictures. The location is perfect, close to the metro and in a quiet area at the same time. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking, which is a huge plus since parking in the area is usually paid (green/blue zone). The host was extremely friendly and responsive, answered all our questions quickly, and made our stay even more pleasant. And last but not least – the free coffee in the morning was a great touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Отличная квартира прямо в центре, оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Все новое, чистое. Удобная кровать. Нам понравилось абсолютно все.

Pros: Świetne, w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie! Jego położenie jest idealne – wystarczy wyjść z budynku, by spacerem dotrzeć do najważniejszych miejsc w Sofii. Dodatkowo własne miejsce w garażu to prawdziwy skarb w tej okolicy, gdzie o parking naprawdę trudno. Polecam!

Pros: Локацията на студиото, чистотата и модерното обзавеждане. Предимство е, че в офертата е включено и ползването на гараж.

Clean, comfortable place on top location with a garage

Pros: Host was friendly and helpful. Perfect location and most of all there was a free garage that I used for the entire stay. Very clean, seems like a new apartment.

Pros: Huoneisto oli erinomainen ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Huoneiston omistaja vaikutti ystävälliseltä. ja tarjosi apua.

Cons: Naapuri oli todella äänekäs ja metelöi suoraan oven edessä sisäpihalla aamuin illloin. Tämä vaikutti mukavuuteen.. Huoneiston omistaja yritti vaikuttaa,asiaan, mutta meteli hiljeni vain hetkeksi.
