Pros: Location is excellent. Walking distance to all sights and restaurants or to subway station.

Cons: Front gate remains finicky. Having read earlier reviews makes you not lose your mind immediately, but still annoying

Lovely amenities, good location

Pros: The property location is nice, very close to some great food spots and right next to the metro. The flat is quite big and had the amazing sauna and hot tub amenities. The room was very large and bed was comfortable.

Cons: The building itself is quite old, there is no lift so not very accessible.

Pros: Great location. Clear communication and instructions from hosts. Always answered promptly. Spacious and quiet unit. Nice supplies of coffee, tea, spices and some toiletries to get you started. Huge fridge and freezer. Well equipped kitchen. Fly screens so you can open windows at night. Washing machine. Huge bed and very comfortable mattress.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Just need to be organised so you don't have to do an extra bonus run up and down the stairs!

No other place like this in Sofia for the price

Pros: My third stay at Dalv and will come again. The SPA facilities make this apartment without analog in Sofia for the price range, but it is also very comfortable.

Cons: There were a few small issues this time, which I communicated with the owners and they will address.

Amazing! Sofia is a very interesting city with beautiful buildings, would stay again :)

Pros: A beautiful flat in the city, I liked this apartment, it was vast and spacious, and I loved the Jacuzzi and Sauna. Very close to all the main attractions and the Vitosha mountains. I would stay here again 100 % :)

Cons: The main door is quite difficult to open, but then you get used to it :) Additionally, it would have been nice to have some basics like tea and coffee available, but again, it's not a big deal since the shop isn't far.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Sofia

Pros: Perfect location a few minutes walk from Serdika for direct airport metro trains, also within walking distance of main rail/bus stations. Restaurants and shops all around and within easy walk to main sights of Sofia. The apartment itself is excellent, very secure and exceptionally clean. It’s equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a nice kitchen and diner, huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate sauna. There’s also an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. The air conditioning works well and is fairly quiet. There are outstanding views of Sofia from the apartment windows.

Cons: Just the 6 flights of stairs to climb but actually they aren’t so bad and you get used to it. They are wide stairs, not so steep and with handrail. Really it’s worth it as there isn’t another apartment in Sofia with such unique amenities.

Nice, comfortable stay with sauna and hot tub

Pros: Good communication with the hosts, the apartment is really nice furnished in a traditional style, which I appreciate. Big bathroom and plenty of towels were provided. And of course the immensely enjoyable sauna and hot tub which made it a remarkable stay.

Cons: The only downsides were actually the outside of the apartment. The front door lock clearly needs changing (or a replacement with in IR chip), then of course the 6 flights of stairs which need to be conquered. But the inside: absolutely spot on!

Comfortable quiet, great location 6th floor apartment with lovely sauna.

Pros: Great location, central. Apartment is quiet and very comfortable. The view is marvellous, cityscape and mountains. Kitchen is modern. The sauna is a treat. Hosts are prompt with communications and everything was clear.

Cons: Everything was fine for us. We knew that there is no elevator to 6th floor; it helps that the stairs are not steep.

Full private spa in central Sofia!

Pros: Great apartment for a weekend getaway without the getaway! The place is super clean and comfortable. The solid wood restored furniture really makes it stand out, but the real highlight for us was the jacuzzi. We had great time and would highly recommend for a romantic escape.

Cons: Everything was perfect!
