A great place managed by extremely kind people

Pros: We were very pleased with the apartment, it is very spacious, elegant and comfortable! The hosts were always available and kindly answered all our requests. We definitely recommend this place if you are spending a few days in Sofia, so cozy and full of light, we loved it!

Pros: Contact with the owner was just fabulous! They answered all my questions, were extremely lovely and I truly hope I get to have hosts just like these ones. The apartment itself is located in the heart of Sofia and it’s close to every single important thing (Kaufland included 😅). Moreover, you can find literally anything a person can think of there - hairdryer, iron, ironing board and even a coffee machine with a very very VERY tasty coffee. Totally recommend! :)

Pros: The location is amazing, the neighbourhood is very close to the center (20 mins walking) and there are many facilities and dining options nearby.

Cons: The amenities in the property could be expanded, the mattress could be replaced as I found it uncomfortable to sleep on after the first night itself.

Bright, central, and clean.

Pros: A very centrally located, nicely decorated, clean, and compact home. There is a paid parking lot right across the street, so you don’t have to worry about where to park your car. The air conditioners are sufficient for heating.

Cons: The intercom wasn’t working, so if someone was at home, they had to go downstairs to open the door.

A great place to enjoy the center of Sofia

Pros: The apartment is at an amazing location and offers everything you need for a vacation or for a chill weekend. It is big and cozy.

Cons: We’ve had some problems with the locking system of the front door.

Pros: We had a wonderful time at Golden's apartment. First of all, it's larger than we thought, the spacious and comfortable living room is fantastic, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The flat is centrally located. All of Sofia's main attractions are located nearby, making this apartment the ideal place to enjoy this wonderful and cosmopolitan city. We highly recommend Golden's apartment to anyone. The communication was great, providing us with all information needed in a timely and professional way. We look forward to visiting them again in the future!

A good enough and short stay

Pros: There is a paid and guarded parking right across the building. Even though the area in which it is located can look a little intimidating, it is quite easy to get there, being close to city center (once you know how to get there quickly). The apartment is in a residential building, someone bought it and updated it. The apartment is well lit, there is plenty of light coming in through the large windows. There is air conditioning, a modern TV and a fully usable kitchen. The living room is large enough for another 2 persons to sleep in it, besides the bedroom. We did not require taxi services from and to the airport, but there is a paid one if you need it. We saw a lot of airplanes there during our short stay, the airport appears to be at a 20 minutes car ride.

Cons: Even if the location is close to the city center, it is still just an apartment in a residential building. If you have multiple bags it can be quite difficult to bring them all up (the apartment is on the third floor). Unfortunately the building is old and most people there do not speak English (we were able to use a translation service to communicate). The location can be intimidating because of the locals living there (there is no other nicer way of saying it). The bathroom is quite small with a standing shower put in the corner. Water could easily gather and make it difficult to use the toilet. I would also recommend the owners to change all the furniture, some of it is quite old. It should at least not show its age.

Wonderful apartment

Pros: Central location, beautiful spacious apartment with a balcony and lovely hosts.

Super!

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, zadbane, przestronne, jasne mieszkanie. Super pobyt:) Bez zastanowienia wybrałabym to miejsce jeszcze raz.

Cons: Trochę niekomfortowa łazienka - z prysznicem bez szyby i średnią wentylacją.

Splendido alloggio

Pros: Tutto era perfetto. L'appartamento è molto pulito, spazioso, ben organizzato e ristrutturato. La posizione è centrale, ho raggiunto facilmente a piedi tutte le attrazioni della città. Comodo anche il Mercato Centrale a pochi passi da casa per una spesa. Infine, la comunicazione con l'host è stata chiara, rapida, e molto cortese. Splendida permanenza

Cons: Il bagno un po' troppo piccolo, ma sicuramente accettabile per brevi periodi.
