Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and warm. It has all what you need to feel like home.

Cons: Not a problem, just the sink in bathroom gets blocked very easily.

Pros: The property is exactly as pictured, so there's no chance of any surprises. If you're traveling by car in a city like Sofia, where parking is a major problem, the parking provided by the property is a huge advantage. The owner, Stefan, is incredibly helpful and readily available whenever you have a question. There are supermarkets like Lidl, Billa, and Kaufland very close by, so if you want to shop, you can easily reach Serdika shopping center and Sofia city center in just three metro stops. In short, if you're traveling to Sofia, you can definitely choose this property without hesitation.

Very very good place to stay in Sofia.

Pros: Very good place. Everything was fancy and good looking. Very comfortable place to stay in Sofia. Good coffee and balcony for smokers! Smart TV and good Wifi!

Cons: Parking place is not the best. Only for 1 car. Low cars cant fit in there. But at least there is parking and its not only a parking spot, it is garage type so your car is covered. You can us well see your car from the apartment. Thats a + for me.

Perfect transit stay

Pros: Perfectly equipped apartment and quiet neighborhood. Felt like home. We only stayed in transit, but it was a delightful experience. Easy to get the keys and leave them when we left. Appreciated the espresso machine and the fact that we found some coffee in the cabinets, especially since we arrived late, left early and didn't have time to shop. The parking spot was a major plus, although it could get a bit tricky to exit the courtyard with a bigger car. It wasn't an issue for us.

Cons: Very small details. Air conditioning would be useful in the summer (wasn't an issue for us, although we visited in the middle of a heat wave), as well as an insect net for the balcony door.
