Good Location and Amenities, but Needs Refreshing
Pros: The apartment is comfortable and has everything needed for a few days’ stay. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room is a big plus in the summer. There’s a large terrace with a nice view, and the parking is also a great advantage. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk from the building, and Lidl and other shops are just 2 minutes away. The building is quiet, and the bedroom has blackout curtains, so you can sleep well.
Cons: Very difficult communication with the host. The apartment is worn out and could use some refreshing. Some appliances and furniture look a bit neglected.

Pros: Everything you needed, good location 10 mins from the airport. The host sent message with link to take you straight there and clear instructions with pictures for getting keys and parking very helpful.

Pros: Having a private parking place is excelent even that for some reason the remote control was not working properly you need to be 1 m away from the parking barrier to detect you pressing the A button for open/close. The appartment was comfortably warm despite the low temperatures outside.
Cons: There were many damaged things like the back of the door of the bedroom, the handle of the door leading from the living room to the balcony, broken toilet seat, the TV in the bedroom was not working due to some connectivity issue, the bathroom was really small and besides the toilet seat, the mirror above the sink was slightly broken and one of the outside handles of shower cabine was broken as well, some of the lamps were not working which makes the nights at the living room a bit darker. There were other small damages but nothing major just all together it makes a bad impression. After all I would still recommend it.

A super good apartment with parking and a perfect location!
Pros: The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building in the Mladost 2 district in Sofia. It is very close to a large store, 10 minutes on foot from a metro station that connects you to the center and other places in Sofia, 10 minutes by car to IKEA and Ring Mall, etc. Keys are taken from a safe. A great convenience is the presence of a parking lot, for which there is a barrier. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, but I think it could be rented for a longer period. It has a nice terrace with a nice view of the mountain.
Cons: Although there were some minor quibbles, I can't say I didn't like anything. How comfortable the beds and pillows are is a matter of personal preference.

Lovely flat with beautiful view from balcony.
Pros: Location, views, balcony, good fridge, many TV channels, fast response from owner.
Cons: Oven not working, bathroom mirror cracked, missing hair dryer (delivered quickly same day) , damaged iron ( been replaced same day) , stinky chopping board, no single tea bag or coffee sachet in apartment on arrival. When you arrive tired after long hours of travelling it’s nice feeling to feel welcomed and able to make a cup of tea or coffee.

It was nice stay and we were quite satisfied.
Pros: It was clean and tidy. It has everything what is needed for . The location is good with easy access and communication. The apartment is warm and has a nice view to the Sofa city.

Pros: Overall, location and accommodation were great! The free parking spot is a big bonus. Will definitely visit again!

Pros: Utulny apartman s nabytkom ktory ma už čo za sebou ,ale to vobec nevadilo velka pohodlna posteľ s obrovskou upravenou terasou , Marked Lidl hned pod apartmanom , v buducnosti pri navšteve o5 využijem apartman nesmiem zabudnuť skvela pračka to oceňujem
Cons: Nemam žiadne vyhrady, možno pre niekoho stanica metra ale doporučujem kolo lidla na vypadovku je to rychlejšie cca 8min chôdze , lepšie ako klučkovať pomedzi panelaky
