Highly recommend

Pros: Had a great comfortable stay here. Had the use of a great washer/ dryer so could clean our clothes after a week of snowboarding. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was spot on with all we needed. Even a bottle opener 🙂. Spent every evening watching a movie on the smart tv. Perfect. Thanks again raya your were most helpful and kind.

Wonderful stay, home away from home

Pros: Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with free parking. This is our second stay here which says it all. Conveniently located next to shops etc. We were met by the friendly and helpful owner who was punctual and had excellent communication.

Cons: Few small recommendations, not affecting the overall amazing quality: - A small stand for hanging jackets or just hooks in the corridor would be a nice addition - Extra pillows and blankets would be great

Pros: We stayed at the apartment in Sofia and had a very enjoyable experience. There are many clear advantages: the apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. The two separate bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe, provided comfort and privacy for everyone. A major plus was the two bathrooms with showers, especially the main bathroom, which was well-equipped with a great selection of soaps and toiletries. The apartment also had everything necessary for a longer stay, including a washer-dryer combo, a large refrigerator, an oven and a stove, making self-catering convenient. Being located in a gated complex added to the sense of security, along with the private parking accessed through a closed gate, which made traveling by car very convenient. Location-wise, the apartment is in a great spot – within walking distance of a metro station, an excellent supermarket, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. Additionally, the access to the apartment was easy for those arriving by car.

Cons: Although the kitchen was equipped with an oven and stove, it lacked basic kitchen utensils, which made cooking for a family somewhat challenging. Also, the sofa in the living room was relatively small, and there wasn’t enough seating space for the entire family. Lastly, I personally found the beds to be not very comfortable. Overall, the apartment offers many benefits for families or groups looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Sofia, though it's worth considering the few minor drawbacks I mentioned.

Pros: It was extremely clean and new, the rooms are quite big. Perfect for a family with small kid as us. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are stocked with everything you need! Nearby you can find park, public transport, all kind of stores, pharmacy. The host is very friendly!

Pros: A big apartment comprising 2 large bathrooms, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, well equiped, with everything you need for a good stay: towels, washing machine etc, even in the kitchen (oil, salt, cofee, pans, dishes, dishwasher etc). The beds in the bedroom were comfortable. The building is new, calm, with a beautiful arhitecture. It has an elevator, the apartment being in the 2nd floor. The parking lot is secured inside the complex, which you can enter only with access keys/remote control. Located in a very good area of ​​the city, with good neighborhoods: park, places to play for children, banks, shops, also very close to metro station, which will get you in the center of he city in about 5 stops (direct line). We stay only 1 night, but was perfect for our needs.

Cons: Perhaps darker curtains on the bedrooms windows would be useful.

Pros: Completely new apartment, and furniture also. Very close to metro station. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room with kitchen. Flat was very clean and tidy. Beds was very comfortable. In living room TV with lot of channels. Our group was very happy living there. I really recommend this apartment.

Ottimo alloggio per visitare Sofia

Pros: Alloggio nuovo molto pulito con tutto il necessario per passare una piacevole vacanza. Comodo alla metro e ai supermercati. Con parcheggio per l'auto che noi avevamo. Spazioso con due bagni e due camere. Molto silenzioso. Aria condizionata in cucina/salone e nelle due camere. Il proprietario lascia anche a disposizione aspirapolvere e necessario per lavare a terra se dovesse servire. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Proprietario molto disponibile e risponde ai messaggi molto velocemente.

Cons: Il letto matrimoniale ha il materasso molto morbido e la mia schiena non ha gradito molto. Consiglierei di mettere una scarpiera all'ingresso così da poter mettere le scarpe dentro quando si entra e non doverle lasciare in mezzo al corridoio.

Pros: Локацията е страхотна, сградата и апартамента са нови, има паркомясто към апартамента.

Cons: Матраците са еднолицеви с пружини и не бяха удобни за спане. Имаше кафемашина за капсули, но нямаше налични капсули.
