Solunska Apartment

Pros: The apartment was really cosy and nice, the heating was working well. We had a lot of space and the apartment was well-equipped. The toilet was okay. The location was perfect and everything was really close to our apartment.

Cons: It was cold in the toilet. It was kind of confusing how to get to the apartment with the code.

Pros: Very central and convenient location. Quite spacious, with large bathroom, strong shower, balcony overlooking the street, comfortable and large double bed. Very quick and smooth communication with the landlord.

Pros: We booked this apartment due to other host cancelling our reservation one day before check-in. We were pleasently surprised how great apartment we got with such a short notice. Apartment was big and clean with great facilities including a washing machine and an iron. Would highly recommend the place.

Cons: Only downside was construction work taking place in the lower apartment. Heavy drilling from morning to afternoon. Luckily it didn't take place on the weekend anymore. Maybe not the best communication from the host.

Great stay overall

Pros: I stayed at the flat with my 13yo son and we had a lovely stay overall. I made the booking last minute due to other plans falling through and I must say it was in a very good condition. I particularly liked the spacious flat with excellent fittings throughout. The location is great and the bed was comfortable, very comfortable in fact. The balcony was good to have too. We would gladly return a second time!

Cons: Fot my experience to be 10, I would have liked the host to anticipate the guest's needs better. There were no tea mugs (except for a chipped one wich looked worse for wear), or tea in the flat, just small coffee cups. Especially for guests from the UK that can be a downfall. Like I mentioned, I booked it with short notice and there wasn't time to clean it, so this last point is just informative and I'm sure it will be improved on the next stay. If I'd booked it with plenty of notice, I would expect the cleanliness to be better. Some surfaces were dusty. The kitchen sponge and pad on the sink were also dirty. There was no kitchen paper and only one towel which I wasn't sure was clean.

Little gem in the heart of Sofia, highly recommended

Pros: Very central for my needs, easy remote checking in, clean and modern interior just right for my needs.

Very spacious apartment

Pros: I liked that all the facilities were fully stocked and ready for people to live in. It was very roomy and comfortable. It would be ideal for longer stays and it was very spacious. Location was excellent, within 2 minutes of walking distance to city center.

Very good position. Super host

Pros: Very good position, allowing to reach any area. Clean. Nice contactless check in. Host was always ready to answer to questions.

Cons: Bedroom and bathroom were very cold: the windows and the walls lacked isolation. Also, I’m not a fan with a shower that is not separated from the wc: during shower a lot of water ended up on the wc

Pros: Lovely clean, comfortable apartment in perfect location for the sights and sounds of Sofia

Pros: Very clean and well equipped apartment. Polite host answering our questions in timely manner.

Cons: The double bed mattress was very saggy from one side especially.
