Good and clean apartment, perfect location but the pre check-in process needs improvement.

Pros: Apartment was clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location. The WiFi and A/C were working properly. Adding an electrical heater could make the stay even more comfortable. Kitchen is useful, fridge was clean as well. Overall it was a good experience.

Cons: I did not like the pre check-in process. All the necessary information should be provided at least one day before the stay. I shouldn’t have to follow up hour by hour to receive the details.

Pros: Absolutely satisfied with this accomodation. It is close to the city center, shops, the tram line- and metroline. Fully equipped, clean and cozy. Easy to communicate whit the helpful owner! Recommend it! Note that , if you are coming in winter, the only way to warm up the flat is using the AC.

Pros: The location of the apartment was very nice. We we're very close to the city center and it was easy to get to it. The apartment was very good for our small group of friends.

Cons: We had a hard time recognizing that we were there. Maybe a distinctive sign would help.

Pros: Large apartment with fully functioning kitchen and 2 toilets. It is generally clean and in a great location for visiting most of the sights in Sofia.

Cons: The door can be opened from the outside without a key and the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Some of the furniture could use a bit of updating.

Pros: Great location, easy parking on the street, clean and comfortable.

Cons: When I filled the kettle the water was frothy - like soap. We had already drunk the water from it. Very worried about what was in the kettle.

Comfortable and great location

Pros: The location was great, everything was close. The check-in instructions were super helpful. The water pressure in the shower is amazing.

Cons: We were supposed to check out at noon, but the cleaning lady came an hour before that and we had to leave earlier then agreed.

Pros: Спасибо за комфортное проживание. Квартира в удобном месте, все легко найти, много транспорта, легко добраться в любую нужную точку. В квартире есть все необходимое : бытовая техника, постельные, кухонные принадлежности. Посуда очень приятная и чистая. Всё кондиционеры и бойлер работают хорошо. Зимой тепло и горячая вода - очень важно. Очень удобно, что есть инструкции по пользованию электроприборами и пультами к ним. Спасибо за внимание и предусмотрительность. Большое спасибо!!!!
