Pros: I enjoyeed my staying at Pirotska appartment. The owner was really friedly and helpful. The appartment was coasy and clean and the free Wi-Fi had good connection speed. Good street food restaraunt and local food shop are in one minute walk and in 10 minutes walk there are big shoping mall - mall of Sofia.

Pros: Everything else was perfect.Especially the owner,an amazing person ready to answer about everything 🙏😁,the heat was excellent,the hot water too.The appartment was spacious and comfortable, very clean and the kitchen well equipped!I appreciate everything there!😉
Cons: The only negative is that there isn't a separate shower and no curtain in the bathroom,so the water spreads everywhere...

Pros: I recently stayed at this apartment and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained. It had all the necessary amenities and was tastefully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. One of the highlights of this apartment is its excellent location. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I was able to visit all the places I wanted to see without any hassle. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The welcoming host, cozy apartment, and great location all contributed to making my trip a memorable one. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

Pros: Its a good apartment almost in a center of Sofia (15min walk to center). Apartment have everything you need and its really clean. Host is great guy that explain you everything. Lot of TV programs (Bulgarian and English too). Best thing here is free garage that is really close to apartment, cause of that it worth every euro you give for this apartment. Windows are on the other side of street so you dont hear outside noise at all. It has metal doors, so your stuff inside are safe. Market is in a same street. Kitchen have all needed stuff + coffee machine with a free coffee!
Cons: 1. Neighbors are really loud. They dont care about hall door so it slamming every often. It could be really loud.... Host have nothing with that so it is what it is, you need to live it with from time to time. Water pipes can be loud in a middle of night too, but I guess whole building is like that. 2. Family bed is great. But if you have third person it could be little bit uncomfortable. Bed in a living room is not meant for sleeping. I have no problem with it, cause I can sleep on a floor if its needed but if you want good sleep, dont sleep in a living room. Also there is no extra clean sheets so you need to work with what you can.

Good place to return
Pros: Perfect location, very silent place, enough big per 2 people. Good coffee. Very clean. Big fridge. Airconditioning.
Cons: Not too many kitchen ware - no mugs, no small plates. (We did not cook, for us only the abscence of mugs were a bit inconvenient,) With very little effort it could be developed a bit. For me the only real problem was the sunrise - after 6 a.m. I could not sleep because of the light. For my son it did not matter. (The shutters did not help, all the light came in.) You must know yourself, maybe it would not disturbe you, and anyway in booking.com you cannot make a research for dark rooms...- maybe all the other rooms in Sofia would be the same. There is no separate shower basin, all the water end up on the floor of the bathroom, but there was an equipment to clean it, it was not too bad. The bed was too soft for us, but if you want soft beds, you will like it.
