I would recommend the apartment as a nice place to stay.
Pros: Everything was great, clean, exactly like in the pictures. The location is great, in the city center, close to the tram station and metro station. Communication with the owner was excellent, and check-in was simple, followed by a video guide.
Cons: Since we arrived on a Sunday and were traveling by car, we had difficulty finding parking, none of the parking lots in the area are open on Sundays. Also, the elevator in the building was not working, and the apartment is on the fourth floor.

Pros: Host was friendly, responsive, and provided us with detailed check-in instructions. Location is great. Apartment itself was clean, renovated, and had everything we needed. We requested a bit earlier check-in and host made sure it is available.
Cons: There is NO PARKING available. Aside from the looks of the apartment and location, we booked it because the title of the apartment says that there is parking spot. It was VERY AWKWARD for us when a few hours before the arrival we realized there is no private parking. There is green zone and there is some random private parking nearby for which you have to pay additional amount per day and has NOTHING TO DO with the host and apartment itself. Elevator is not working and apartment is located on the 4th floor. While detailed, check-in instructions were very late, we received them upon request 2 hours before our arrival. Other properties usually send them the day before, or at least on the morning of the arrival.

We loved everything about our stay – the apartment, the location, and the hosts.
Pros: We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is beautiful, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Even though we stayed only one night, we would be happy to come back and spend more time here. The location is great, parking is available, and communication with the hosts was excellent. We truly recommend this place!

Pros: Casa accogliente, identica alle foto e non mancava nulla! Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e anche molto comoda perché abbiamo viaggiato con un bambino di due anni

Struttura fantastica
Pros: Pulita, ordinata, stanze grandi, molti servizi interni (bollitore, fornelli, frigo e freezer, pentole, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, macchinetta del caffè) tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di qualità.
Cons: La struttura era un po’ lontana dal centro, per spostarci rapidamente usavamo i taxi (circa 10 lev/5euro). Purtroppo, come sempre quando si viaggia all’esterno, non c’era il bidet e il bagno era privo di finestra

BONITO APARTAMENTO EN SOFIA
Pros: llegamos muy temprano a Sofia y nos dejaron entrar 2 horas antes para dejar el equipaje.el apartamento estaba limpio, detalle de dejarnos botellas de agua y caramelos.
Cons: Todo bien, aunque faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina, pero esto es un mínimo detalle, y el ultimo día, nos faltaron capsulas de cafe para todos

Comfy, wish we could stay longer
Pros: Very clean, functional apartment, the kitchen had everything needed for a longer stay, close to the metro. We felt at home here
Cons: If you are someone loving fresh air and open windows, you may hear street noise in the morning hours, otherwise the windows seal it pretty good
