Pros: The location and design of the apartment. Very Clean.

Cons: The coffee maker was leaking water and needed to be replaced. There was a lack of strict maintenance, as the drain hose of the toilet in the large bathroom broke. And it wasn't purely accidental, as the plastic of this pipe was very worn. The folding door to the second bathroom was dismantled. We managed without any major problems, but if we stayed for more than a few days, it wasn't really good.

Consiglio la soluzione per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e per la posizione

Pros: La posizione è ottima, centrale e ben servita da tutti i mezzi. Il centro è assolutamente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La presenza di market a pochi passi dall'abitazione è un elemento importante, così come quella di locali nei quali fare la prima colazione.

Cons: Andrebbero curati alcuni particolari ed aggiustati piccoli guasti (porta a soffietto del bagno, oscuranti alle finestre, aria calda nel bagno più grande). Sarebbe inoltre consigliabile fornire come prima dotazione una bottiglia di acqua.
