Pros: Carol and Mark are wonderful hosts. They are waiting for you when you arrive at the apartment and come to say goodbye when you leave. They treat you to a bottle of wine, water and cookies. They are available at all times and want you to enjoy every moment of your stay in Sofia. The apartment is clean, cozy and tidy. You should take into account that the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. Highly recommended.

Pros: If you are looking for acommodation in Sofia, this apartment is the best choise with everything. Location- you can see all main attraction by walking distance, if its not good weather, nearby tram is always a good option. Facility- it has everything what you need for short or a long stay. We loved the huge kitchen and that everything is new, modern..a lot of heart was put in to built this apartment and you can see it. Also during winter, there are 2 heaters, so you will be warm. Last but not least, this apartmant has the best hosts maybe not just in Sofia, but in all Bulgaria 🥰. Carol and Mark, you are doing excelent job, one can feels that they are safe, because of you..we felt we are going to meet our friends, no to explore unknown. I have been in 22 states, but you won as the best hosts I have ever stayed with. Thank you for everything and I hope, we will meet you again 🩵.

Warm and welcoming stay in Sofia

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location in the city center, at a walking distance from all the touristic attractions. The hosts Mark and Carol take a prodigious care of every detail in the apartment that is very well equipped with every household appliance that makes your stay very comfortable especially if you’re staying for longer periods. They are also very passionate about making you feel at home and falling in love with Sofia as well as they do! They will also take a drink with you if you’d like as they’re very friendly and can give you various recommendations about restaurants and cafes. They picked us up from the underground exit and offered a very warm welcome, which we really appreciated. You really made our stay wonderful, thank you!

Brilliant location and facilities near centre of Sofia

Pros: Met by hosts Mark and Carol at Metro who walked me to apartment. This was very reassuring to me travelling solo and arriving in the evening. Excellent location near the centre of city. Approachable and very friendly hosts who always on hand to help.

Pros: Mark and Carol (the owners) are a nice couple. They will be there for you, whether it's to explain the details of the apartment, to recommend where to have a beer or to make sure you get to the airport on time.

Pros: Fabulous 👌 apartment, very modern with alexa in the rooms. Super clean, and Mark and Carrol know the mentality of the traveller, little perks to make your stay super easy and relaxed. Tram just outside the door. Short walk to Metro. Loads of little artisan restaurants, cafes, and bars within 200 metres of the apartment. Walkable to everything. By the way, Mark & Carrol are your friends you just haven't met yet. They are amazing hosts.Till we meet again, Thanks for everything G&B
