The property is small, clean and in a great location .

Pros: location was great and the parking was a bonous. we had no problem finding or entering the property. the bathroom is small but clean and sufficient. would stay again.

Cozy clean place with perfect location and free private parking

Pros: its in the heart of Sofia, there is a free private car park. Cozy place and comfortable bed.

Cons: If u have a low car parking is difficult because of the hard terrain. Wi-Fi is weak almost couldn't get any signal. The boiler is small and you can get no more than 5 minutes shower. There is no live TV so if you dont have Netflix, browser live TV or YouTube experience you're done.

Overall pleasant. The room was clean and warm and it has parking.

Pros: Convenient neighborhood. Very close to the city center.

Cons: The first door was a bit complicated to open and close as it was automatic.

Small but well laid out.

Pros: The facilities were basic but also as described. The lack of a microwave I felt was a bit of an oversight and so easily rectifiable. The location was superb in the middle of everything. The staff there were very accommodating and helpful. Think twice before you leave your car here as transport around Sofia and to the airport is trivial and inexpensive

Fantastic.

Pros: Like the name wraps it up: the hottest location in most busiest part of Sofia. Perfect place with free parking right in front of the place and you can literally walk to the Sofia center. Lot of 24h shops near by with couple of good coffee and sandwich shops right across the street. Tony and Vera were perfect hosts (amd Tony is a girl 😀 ).

Pros: Our host was super helpful and on-site which made things easier. It had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was great, easy and very secure for a major city. Close to all the attractions.

Great stay

Pros: The host was very nice, we saw her dog and cats which was nice. Apartment was overall great, good location and very comfy.

Cons: The shower together with the toilet was maybe not the best as everything would get wet, but it’s very typical in Bulgaria.
