Central Academic Apartment Sofia

Pros: Great location. All possible equipment available. Old building needing renovation. Bad shower. Bed a little hard and small for a big couple.

Well equipped apartment, great location

Pros: The location was great, the flat was very well equipped, even had some basics like coffee, sugar and salt (which is always very convenient when you don't have to buy those things).

Cons: The drain in the bathroom didn't work very well, but that seemed to be a Bulgarian problem, as that occurred in basically all the places I've stayed.

Pros: I spent a week there and I know it would be hard to find a better location. The apartment is in the very center and you can walk to all the attractions. It is spacious, on the third floor (there is an elevator) in a six-story building so it does not get as hot in the summer as on the top floor. The air conditioning in the living room works very well, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The owner responds to emails/texts immediately but does not impose himself. If you like more privacy and a more homely atmosphere than in a hotel, this is the perfect place. Very good value for money.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, and was perfectly located in the centre of Sofia. Very good value for money.

Cons: Do note that the shower is located in the middle of the bathroom, and it will feel like the bathroom is flooding as you use it. Otherwise, all was perfect.

High speed internet, great location, comfortable apartment

Pros: The host was flexible with my check out time which was great as I had an evening flight. The location is very central and the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Lots of English language movies on the TV and comfortable chairs. The check in process was excellent and the host was patient even though I was half an hour late.

Cons: The sofa wasn't very comfortable and the living room floor is creaky when you walk around. Everything else was good quality though.

Would come back next time

Pros: Clean and modern inside. All facilities. Loads of space. A very well planned and well equipped apartment. Is right in the centre. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Check in was in person and simple.

Pros: The apartment was nice warm and has everything you need! It was in the city center.

Cons: The bathroom, there wasn't an appropriate shower. The water was split all over the bathroom, even on the toilet seat! The common area was too dirty!

Pros: I loved the great position: in the heart of Sofia, next to everything. The photos show the apartment you'll find, I mean they are real photos and what you see in them you'll find it in the house. The landlord was very kind and helpful. Finally, you can control the heating.

Pros: La ubicación era perfecta, a unos minutos del centro. La cama muy cómoda y las inhalaciones bien en general.

Cons: En el baño no hay plato de ducha y se moja todo pero es algo muy normal en Bulgaria. Hay alguna humedad pero no interfiere en la estancia.
