Pros: The apartment is just a minute's walk from the lifts and ski slopes, which is a huge plus. The accommodation had everything necessary, including a hairdryer.

Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment was not very well cleaned—no one had dusted under the beds for a long time. As for the staff, it depended on which shift you encountered. Some were very friendly, but when we were checking out, they were reluctant to let us leave our suitcase at the reception. Eventually, they did allow it, but the man I spoke to was rude.

Pros: Excellent location. Well equipped and clean. Owner very friendly.

Cons: The pillows were too flat for my taste but that’s being fussy.

Pros: Perfect location for Ski hire, supermarket, restaurants and very close to lifts. Ski room at bottom with lift. View from the balcony. Very quiet at night even though close to nightlife. Lots of hot water and heating. Towels and toilet roll provided and apartment cleaned 2 to 3 times within our stay. Quick comms from owner re WIFI. Great connection and smart TVs. Excellent cooker and combination microwave

Cons: The only thing very minor was the lack of bowls (only 2 for 4 of us) and a few smaller pans required. But we managed. Ate out a lot anyway. Nothing to do with the property but would recommend taking cash and exchanging it much better rates that at home. ATMs charge for withdrawals. Most places prefer cash. (Look out for rude waitress who demanded a tip after we paid by card food was great but she wasn't) Cash is king there.

We had a great stay and would use this apartment again.

Pros: Location is great. Central to everything and just far enough off the main street for the late night noise not to be an issue. Good sized bedrooms with a double bed in one and 2 singles in another worked great for us. The apartment is also nice and warm. A couple of more saucepans of various sizes and an oven dish or two would be the only improvement we would like. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries.

Excellent location and value. Parking a little dicey, but great room and location.

Pros: Location was great. away from the main noise of the town

Cons: Parking was difficult, luckily we found a close-ish street spot. Hot tub was not hot enough, and it was kinda dirty, the entire spa area felt a little unclean. Unit was great, and distance to the lift was great. Per expectation, the up hill infrastructue in Bansko is terrible in that the only way up is to stand in that awful gondola line. But the property is great.

Pros: הדירה ממוקמת באיזור מרכזי, בכניסה יש כמה חנויות אוכל קטנות. הדירה שקטה. המטבח מכיל הרבה דברים (תנור, כריים, מיקרוגל, קומקום (חלוד בפנים), טוסטר. מקלחת מרווחת. מקום מעולה שיתכן ואחזור לשם שנה הבאה.

Cons: הקומקום חלוד בפנים. המיטה בסלון לא נוחה וקצרה. החימום לפעמים מפסיק לחמם (מתקרר ממש) ואז חוזר שוב לחמם ( לא מובן בכלל איך עובד). היינו בדירה 5 אנשים ל 8ימים. קיבלנו רק 2 גלילי נייר טואלט. אחרי יומיים הייתי צריך לחמפש מנקה במסדרות כדי שיתנו נייר טואלט (נתנו שוב 2 יחידות). ועל הדרך הם פינו זבל והחליפו מגבות. אחרי זה לא באו אליי יותר- 6 ימים אף אחד לא בא לפנות זבל, להחליף מגבות מצעים או נייר טואלט. שירות מבאס

Cons: Апартамента е с две спални, едната от които няма нито един прозорец - четири стени и една врата. На някой може да му хареса, но на нас категорично не! Не и през лятото, когато е горещо, няма климатик и възможност за охлаждане на тази спалня!
