Pros: Everything. Literally all amenities are available and lots of small perks . Safe neighbourhood, close to downtown and public transport , spacious flat, newly furnished, free parking, lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets within minutes walk from the building

Pros: Amazing host. Really cozy and clean place. The host takes the greatest care of the place and location is also very convenient to have calm night of sleep away from the city center.

Cons: The insulation of all Bulgarian buildings - no matter where you go you'll hear loud footsteps in any apartment. Luckily there's no loud neighbours here.

Pros: The property is at a great location. Excellent transport links, a minute walk to a big supermarket and within a short (10 min) walk to a beautiful park. The facilities at the flat and the host are second to none. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the communication with the host.
