Pros: Centrally located. Very clean. Quiet. Spacious. Well equipped for a Bulgarian apartment. Tv with several English speaking movie channels. Good value for money

Cons: Non English speaking staff. Ski boots not allowed to be worn on premises but nowhere to sit or put on outside. Had issues on arrival and no-one spoke English or could assist

Pros: The studio apartment is big which is good as it is a ski location and you have a lot of equipment. Equipped kitchen. Easy check-in. Overall a very good experience.

Cons: Maybe provide customers with a Do Not Disturb sign for the door for the cleaning lady as some days I did not go skiing.

Pros: The location of the studio is great: The Royal Plaza is close to both the Nursery slopes and the gondola.

Cons: There was some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.

Pros: Very nice studio, equip with everything you need for short or longer stay. Very nice location in center but enough quite. Ski room is separately available.

Cons: You need to pay for parking place 15 leva per night

The wash machine is a mess, but everything else is good

Pros: Spacy studio for good price. The building has an elevator. 5 minutes to get to the lift.

Cons: Wash machine has programming malfunction. It washes, but you will need time to understand it's logic (-: A hint: it does not reset progress; it does what it indicates.

Pros: Локацията е отлична! Апартамента е зареден с всичко необходимо! Има осигурена охрана на сградата! Гости сме за пореден път и бихме били отново в бъдеще! За сезона отоплението е осигурено и в апартамента и в санитарните помещения-Адмирации!
