Pros: - Location is good - The value is good - friendly, generous, and helpful owner + staff - Facilities are great and well equipped

Cons: - When you shower almost all the floor of the toilet gets wet no matter what you do. Others commented on the same issue, yet the owner is not solving this - The toilet seat smells sometimes although there is a toilet seat freshener, it seems it needs better cleaning - The glass is not sound isolating, you can hear loud cars and bikes at all times since the apartment is on the main street - sink is small
