Perfect modern apartment with an amazing position. Not recommended to groups there for partying.

Pros: -good position at the end of vitosha boulevard and next to the National palace of culture square/gardens. Also very close to the green metro line -host is really kind and easygoing, he left us some water and coconut chocolate. -PS5 with GTA V playable. Do i need to say more about? -a lot of space, two showers and two toilets. I don't understand who complains about the nearby restaurant seeing you naked. Calm your t*ts buddy, you're not the center of the world. You'd have to be jumping naked on the closest roof to be seen. -coffee machine -comfy beds

Cons: Unluckily, you have to be in absolute silence (even not chatting) after 22:00, because you share a wall of the apartment with one elderly lady who has the lightest sleep on the face of earth, even at weekends. We were warned by the host 2/3 times that she would have called the police if she heard any type of noise. Pro tip: you don't wanna meet bulgarian police ever. You can't crack open a cold one and chat with the boys in the living room in the evening if it's what you're thinking. Briefly, *don't* be loud.

Pros: The host is really friendly and responded promptly. And there were simple yet thoughtful details that made our stay really enjoyable. After our initial time run out we rented another apartment from the same host.

Exactly as described - perfect location, clean, quiet, friendly hosts!

Pros: Petar was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire stay in Sofia. We were in contact prior to arrival - our flight landed earlier than expected and instead of leaving us to wait in the scorching heat of the summer, he let us check in earlier. That made a massive difference and saved the entire first day of our holiday - we'll forever remember his hospitality and understanding! Clean, incredibly quiet, spacious - the multiple bathrooms, showers and bedrooms were perfect for the 5 us. Literally seconds away from Vitoshka (and your local Costa for your morning coffee!). Will definitely be staying there next time - highly recommend!

Very convenient and spacious apartment right near all of the attractions of Sofia.

Pros: The location is fabulous. You can walk to all of the Sofia highlights easily from the property. The apartment is spacious with good facilities.

Cons: The decor is a little tired but it was exactly as stated. We couldn't figure out the television however! Not that it mattered.

Pros: Simply the best, as the listing title says, 10 seconds away from the main street in Sofia center. The free parking, massage chair and the host's helping advise and recommendations made our stay amazing, definitely coming back again. It has everything you would need to make you feel that you are at home and more
