We absolutely recommend this place — a top-level experience. ✨

Pros: Amazing stay! The apartment has a stunning view. It’s very cozy, spacious, full of natural light, quiet, and pleasantly warm. We felt at home from the very first moment. Communication with the host was excellent: warm, friendly, fast, and very clear.

Cozy & Quiet Stay in Sofia

Pros: It is a very quiet and cozy apartment in Bakston (~20 min. by 15 tram to the city centre and close to 63 bus to the mountain). It is very comfortable and you have the basics to fix a quick meal. The 2 ACs are brilliant in the hotter days. The host communication was straight to the point and minimal with providing all information I needed without being intrusive or insistent. Will definitely book again!

Cons: Toilet paper stock (can't expect 1 person to make do with 1 and 1/2 roll for 4 days). Coffee stock (since there is a Nespresso machine, some Nespresso capsules would have been useful).

Pros: The room was very clean, modern and spacious with a big kitchen.It smelled perfect!The owner was helpful and answered very quickly!The neighbourhood might not have been central but it was full of shops and it was quiet.

Cons: The outside of the building, very old and the lift as well...That was not a problem though.

Удобно и практично място

Pros: Много удобна локация, напълно обзаведена кухня, налично всичко, от което можете да имате нужда, удобно легло и обособено кътче за работа. Апартаментът е много топъл, само в два от студените дни се наложи да ползвам климатици. В близост има достатъчно магазини, ресторанти, кафенета, удобен транспорт. Изненадващо паркирането не беше проблем и места имаше винаги.

Cons: Изключително шумни съсети отгоре - между 19 и 23 часа шума е като от непрестанно местене на мебели. Агресивна и настоятелна касиерка на входа.

Pros: The place was so cozy and had all the facilities needed. The views were great and really close to the Trams and buses so getting around Sofia was fast and efficient. The host was wonderful, very quick to respond to any of my queries and always trying to accommodate as much as possible

Pros: Нам очень понравилась связь с хозяином квартиры, она была хорошая. Все инструкции по заселению и отъезду были верны. Фото квартиры верно . Чистота в квартире хорошая. Расположение верно и очень и удобное. Рядом трамвай и можно добраться до метро. В квартире было всё чисто и хорошо. Даже есть вид из окна на горы.

Cons: Отсутствие микроволновой печи. Мы на завтрак купили банницу и чтобы ее подгореть нам пришлось запускать духовую печь.
