Nice

Home base for Sofia. Good building and decent apartment.

Pros: Excellent apartment! Has all that one needs. I used it as a work/live base for almost a week and found it incredibly convenient for both. Looks basic, but is clean and turned home quite quickly. Would stay again.

Cons: Not much, small inconveniences and is furnished in a minimalistic fashion, but it is all part of the price. Moving the desk near a power socket could be a helpful suggestion to the owners.

I will visit Sofia in November and if it is available I will definitely use this apartment again.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and had lots of room. The hosts sent very clear instructions about how to gain entry (with photos) and were very helpful and fast in fixing a problem with the wifi that was not their fault. I went to a couple of very nice restaurants nearby, and the conference I went to was 2 minutes walk away.

Cons: I didn't find the bed to my liking - it was low to the ground and creaked. It may just be taste as I don't think there was anything wrong with the bed. I found it hard to control the temperature of the shower but I attributed that to being on a system with other flats.

Pros: Апартаментът е много хубав. Беше чисто и уютно. Спалнята също беше удобна. В кухнята има всичко, от което се нуждае човек. Домакинята е любезна и комуникацията беше без проблем. Препоръчвам. До следващия път!

Pros: все отлично. квартира большая 2 комнаты. есть все необходимое.тихо. недалеко магазины и транспорт. если буду в Софии, сниму эту квартиру.

Pros: Апартаментът е на удобно и комуникативно място ,вътре е чисто и има всичко необходимо ,за да се чувства добре госта! Благодаря за кафето и водата!

Cons: Бойлерът тече от крана и капе върху госта. Каналът на душа е запушен. Изненадах се от липсата на балкон. Нямам друга забележка .

Pros: Apartment is as on pictures, good location , close to public transport. Fully equipped kitchen, desk for working remotely, air conditioning, wifi was good quality, has a nice view of the mountain. Overall satisfied, would use it again when travelling

Per poter lavorare in appartamento oltre che dormire

Pros: Ho trovato biscotti, caffè, the per le colazioni e tutto il necessario per cucinare.

Cons: La mancanza di parcheggio a cui si può però sopperire con un abbonamento a un vicino parcheggio privato (rarissimo a Sofia) per 20 Lev bulgari a notte. L'ingresso e l'ascensore non sono il massimo però è abbastanza tipico della città.

A nice apartment in Sofia

Pros: There is a lot of space in the apartment. It was easy to get the keys and communication with the hosts was good. They are very nice people. The internet connection is good and the apartment is well equipped. There are all the shops you might need in the vicinity, and the public transport connection to the city center is great. I am very happy with the apartment and with the overall experience.

Cons: The toilet drain does not drain the water from the shower quickly enough. The door of the apartment is awkwardly placed, so that you have to open it almost 180 degrees to be able to enter if you are carrying stuff (or if you are a big person). Everything else was great.
